Thanks everyone for your congrats and diet tips.....I'm going to look into all suggestions ( except suggestion from Perpetua to get a dog  ) would love one perps but away too much ...it wouldn't be fair. Sorry if I've turned this into a diet thread...but as usual this forum has come up trumps ...so not only am I now a 3 year non smoker but I'm going to be slimmer  |

 Brewster...isn't it great being a non smoker. I would also go for the istick...great little battery. As for something better than the c4, there are loads that have all the bells and whistles. However I use these.. www.fasttech.com/search?Gs-h2cheap as chips and can be re-coiled and re wicked with cotton. Sounds difficult but it can't be really..cos I can do it !!!

Congratulations to you padiho  As for the diet I have managed to lose 15kg or 2.5st since the first of February, like you I have been of the fags now for almost 3 years. unable to burn the excess fat off via exercise, I was up to 100kg and had to do something. I couldn't join a club like weight watchers or slimming world as I'am a coeliac.... So all I'm doing is really making sure I don't go over the 2000 Kcal's a day most days I'm well under that figure. it's slower than I would like but getting there, I'm now 84 kg and my target is 78. Not going to say it's easy as i'm finding it very hard but it's working. Hope that's some help? Edit Sorry @mod destroyer read your post after I have typed mine seems we have both done similar things... Well done. Well done Pacer....you have done fantastic.....I'm really geared up now to get this weight off listening to you lot. |

healthy eating plan I did when smoking www.sparkpeople.com(it's basically calorie counting with a heap of web support and a tonne of emails - don't sign up for them!!!) Has phone apps too I've lost about 2 stone since the autumn and I'm 4 years (near enough) vaping. Has taken me that long to get the weight off caused by weigh gainer psych meds.... Now to not lose any more LOL remember this is all normal (weight gain) - nicotine is a stimulant hence causes weight loss - but then so is caffeine:D Thanks for that...I will download it now...well done on your weight loss...that's a fantastic result since the autumn |

A very big  to everyone on this fantastic forum ....unbelievably this "fag ash Lil " has gone 3 years today without so much as a puff of the fags....without all your help over the last 3 years I would never have done it. Unfortunately the down side today is I have decided to ( seriously this time ) start a diet to lose the 1stone 4lbs that I have put on since giving up.....so if any of you lovely people have a diet that is easy for a person that doesn't eat vegetables.....( apart from baked beans and corn on the cob ) .I'm all ears. Ps. Not sure where the almost £7,000 saving is though...but  to you all |

Both the Lidl's & Aldi near me are very busy. If anyone hasn't tried the bread & buns that Lidl's now bake in store, do so. The bread taste like home made bread & the jam donuts, for example are just perfect IMHO Have you tried the apple turnover and maple and pecan slice Chrissie.? Yummy. I was always a Marks and Sparks and Waitrose shopper. Because of all the hype on tv about Aldi, Lidl etc I thought I'd give it a go. Cut my bill in half for essentials and some of the stuff is better than Marks...so now it's Aldi/Lidl for essentials, Waitrose for fruit and Costco for fresh meat and cheese ( only eat coastal cheese ) |
