Well done Chrissie, good deed for the year accomplished. Am trying hard with my neighbour. He saw me with mine, gave him a try and he loved it. Gave him all the info about this forum and where to buy his Riva kit...alas he hasn't yet gone for it..but think he will at some point. The time has to be right

Has anyone tried Mom and Pops tobacco Haze? I have tried the Praze ( yummy ) just wondered what the difference between the two are. Second question. Every now and again while drawing the juice through to vape, I hear a slight crackle and get a hot sharp sensation on my tongue. It always has the flavour of whatever I am vaping. Anyone know what that is? Is it a crystal in the juice or is it a problem with the clearo?  |

4mg is the equivalent of one piece of Nicorette NRT chewing gum, but you are allowed to chew up to 15 pieces of Nicorette a day. 4mg X 15 = 60mg. Even their 2mg gum is 15 pieces, IE 30mg per day. Now if BP reckons that 60mg is safe as a daily dose, then surely what is good for the goose, is also good for the gander? Now THAT is a good argument. + 1 ...excellent point |

Hey guys Not posted for a few weeks due to nasty bug. I'm using exhales ego kit and after messing around before Xmas still smoking I finally took the plunge new year and haven't had a cig for four days so far! I'm feeling great at the minute apart from a slight issue. Later on a night I find my chest is a bit wheezy. I've had a look about on google and found a few others have had this problem, has anyone here experienced it? I've been vaping a 60/40 mix and have changed to a menthol 70/30 mix today just incase it's the juice. Anyone got any advice on what it could be? Thanks  I'm 7 months now into vaping, had no problem for the first 4 months then coughing and slight wheeze at night. Have changed to mainly vg juice and better. Think I may have developed a pg allergy. Try different juices . Good luck |

 Don't worry about vaping more...In the beginning when I went completely stinkie free my ecig was like a permanent dummie. Soon settled down though
