Yep, good isn't it.... That was it's original purpose a general purpose food additive / sweetener, been used that way for years and years, I also use it on cornflakes etc.

I would think (only my thoughts on the subject)... but as no solvents have been used to extract then the flavour is most likely derived from cold pressing, then concentrated by some process.
The flavour is described as a "Mixed citrus fruit flavour", I think most cold presses of citrus fruits produce citrus oil, this could/would account for the separation when adding to VG or PG.... only my idea!
