I have thought about it and I am going to buck the trend and go for "By Flavour House" to my mind it will be simpler to look up a certain flavour by manufacturer... also as new "Flavour suppliers" are found / used then it will be simple to add them in....
Just my thoughts....

Here you go Ron..... The shorter the wire, the less ohms The thicker the wire, the less ohms You can get almost any resistance coil you want, in the number of wraps you want, by choosing the correct wire guage. For example…. If I want a 2.4 ohm coil, consisting of 3 / 4 wraps (3 when you look at it from one side / 4 looking at the coil from the other side) and I already know a 3 / 4 wrap will use 3 inches of wire (from terminal to terminal).... I would use 3 inches of 35guage 0.212 with a 3 /4 wrap…. and end up at 2.33 ohms….

Kev,
I don't know too much about them but I think the price is just for the pipe bowl.... you decide what tank etc to put on it as they (the ones I looked at) are 510 fittings.... so you add a 510 fitting tank, carto, etc.
Maybe someone can clarify that, but that is my take?

I have just had a lengthy and interesting chat with Russell from olfactik.com..... Early days to divulge everything yet, but it could develop into something very interesting for us mixers.... (just wetting your appetites).
Oh BTW, He confirmed that the Ethyl Maltol they sell is supplied in crystal form, and it conforms to industry standard, (in other words, it is exactly the same stuff you would buy from any vape shop / vendor / supplier).

No problem Ron, but just to clarify…. I thought there was some confusion, when Brian asked… I don’t think Brian was asking, is Ethyl Maltol safe to use (as a product in general) …. I think that Brian (correct me if I am wrong Brian), was asking if this particular brand / make / suppliers product “Ethyl Maltol” was OK to use? I replied, I have ordered some from them and will evaluate it (against the Ethyl Maltol crystals, that I usually buy from elsewhere). Stevia (a natural product), and Ethyl Maltol (a synthetic product) are a well-used products in the food and vape / e-juice industry, but if you personally don’t want to use either, or any synthetics, then of course, that is up to you. As I said.... Just to clarify….

I would say not Brian its synthetic you need the natural. Why do you say that Ron? I’m sorry, but I disagree, not all synthetics are bad. A lot of flavourings (I would say over 90% of the ones we use) are partly synthetic, if not totally. I agree sometimes some synthetics are not suitable for vaping, but that is also true of some natural extractions, for example ones containing oils, such as Anise, Clove, Lemon, Orange, to name a few… Don’t “throw the baby out with the bath water” just because the label says synthetic. If it weren’t for synthetics, you wouldn’t have safe (non oil) flavours like Lemon and Orange. Bought it of ebay have you checked the stickie about it Ron, I think you are getting confused between Ethyl Maltol and Stevia? Two different products, for two different applications. Stevia should be all natural as the stuff they cut it with is not nice and it weakens the strength. Ethyl Maltol however, is a Synthetic product and is safe to use and is used in a lot of e-juice, by most if not all juice makers.

Brian, It may be, I ordered 100gms to have a look at it a couple of days ago, not arrived as yet.... will let you know when I get it and evaluate it. I know other mixers that use it from here, I'll reserve judgement till it's in my hands. But, same site, these are good value, 50ml graduated glass measuring beakers I have also ordered a couple to try.... www.olfactik.com/index.php?route=product/product&path=50&product_id=471

I have just added a new flavour, now available on the website, for any Coffee lovers amongst you....
"Freshly made, and not too strong, with lashings of cream and a spoon or two of sugar…..
That is how the Alchemist likes his coffee, so that was his blueprint when he designed the flavour of this delicious e-juice.
Mild and creamy smooth with a touch of sweetness...
Coffee at its best."
Enjoy !

But every now and then you get caught out, or at least supprised….. I have been developing some new flavours, one has been a RPIA to get where I want it…. I had been vaping it for about an hour and thinking Hmmmm… a little more of this and less of that should sort it, I think I have cracked it. So, I put it aside and reached for my all day vape with a feeling of expectant joy, like meeting up again with a long and well-loved friend….. I took my first toke….. I was hit by what I can only describe as the taste of what I imagine a used toilet block to taste like, perfumed, disinfecting, It took me 30 mins to get past that! Some flavours just do not work together.

Hi John,
The difference between 18mg strength and 24mg strength is 1.16mls of 52mg nicotine base.
By adding 1.5ml (or there abouts) of 52.mg nicotine base to 10ml, you will increase the strength to near 24mg, but obviously this now also increases the overall volume, changes the PG/VG ratios and dilutes the flavour a little....
It will be a temp fix, untill you get a new mix correctly calculated at 24mg strength, but should do what you want to make it more to the strength you want and make it usable for you.

Nice one Perps, I too have been mixing all day, been a busy day for orders, but managed to finalise a new flavour I have been toying with, letting it steep, and rest before deciding to unveil it to the world I also have some rhubarb, still working on that one, but yes it is nice.
