Tried everything and I am pretty sure it's faulty, does not inspire confidence in a replacement and how long that will last.

Vape mail today, nice new lavatube in gun black from Vapourhut. Put in my new fully charged AW IMR 18650 2000 mAh and put on my VV Nova with some of my home made juice. Showed full bars on the battery display, the ohm reading about right for the 1.8ohm heads I was using. Then the battery went down after about five hours of vaping (I would normally get ten hours out of my 1000 mAh Twist) Anyway put in a new fully charged battery got the initial flashing on the display as normal, set it to 4 volt put my Nova vv back on and did ohm reading I'm getting 0.0 resistance. When I press the power button it comes up on the display as lo, by this time after no firing the battery bar has gone down to one bar in the space of an hour. I checked the battery on my meter it's showing 4.1 volts, the Nova vv works fine on my twist, tried different heads and centre pin pulling, still nothing. Checked the volts with my meter when firing with nothing screwed on and get a reading of 4.46 volts but still not fire up my nova or anything else.
Any ideas anybody......

Going to give this a go myself Gothic, have been thinking about it for a while will be interesting to see what we come up with. I am no electrical engineer but I believe you can get samples from Texas Instruments if you want to go that far with your project.

Also IPA alcohol is used for a solvent for shellac, red gum and mixing with water as a wetting agent.

Just got 50g trying to get out of processing them for a while I think you are right about loss of flavour with freezing.

Do you think it is ok to freeze tobacco leaves to keep long term, or will they go to mush on thawing .

Made my baccy leaves concentrate up the other day, chopped the leaves up with the blender to tea leaf size. Did per frogsters instructions and added the VG plus a bit more, but with the leaves being chopped up small they sucked up every bit of VG. Next day I could turn the jug upside down and it stayed stuck to the bottom and no way even after warming was it going through a coffee filter to get the 50-60mls out of it. Anyway did the same as Perps and used wine making muslin for straining and able to give a bit of a squeeze to get the amount needed, and then did the tiresome job of cotton wool and syringing. But got there in the end . Made up some Frogster Mild Tobacco mix and had a test vape, I am impressed with the flavour even at this young age with no steeping, lovely earthy, organic taste. Here is a pic of the concentrate
