Not had one in eight weeks and not really had the inclination apart from the early days when my clearomiser was gunked up and washing didn't get rid of the oily burnt taste or effort needed to get a drag out of it.
At the moment I'm like an evangelistic dog with two dicks, and my enthusiasm for vaping far surpasses any thoughts for returning to the fags.
Currently messing around with flavours and vanilla and raspberry with my first coffee in the kitchen is much better than a Cafe Creme stood outside the back door.

I've got the Mini SS LT and like it very much Moon, it's still a reasonable size unit, which I'm happy with. Here it is next to the Mini Provari . . . You nearly tempted me there as I bit the bullet last night, although not the silver one, on a regular-sized Thundervolt I saw advertised on the vendors' board at 2smok for about £18 delivered, thinking that at that price I can afford to get a mini as well, which means I don't have to make a decision on what size mod to get. I nearly went for their mini kit as well at about £28, but remembered that I still need something to measure ohms, and that's the drawback of that mini ss lt as well, which is unfortunate as it looks spangly and the size looks bob on. The reason for my need for a resistance checker is that I started to practise wrapping coils yesterday for my Nova but didn't want to try them out for fear of blowing myself up.

Hello Moon! Noticed you were interested in the ss lavatubes: In case you're not aware, Apollo do a stainless steel version of the lavatube in full and mini sizes - the vtube. I've got the mini (takes 18350 batts) and really like it - it's very smart, but it is heavy - at least 2x the weight of say a 900mah twist... looks great with a vivi on top and isn't top heavy if you place it upright on a table like an ego! vtube clicky I think they only have the mini SS currently in stock, just select mini and stainless steel and remember to put vtube30 in the dissie code - comes to about £60. I got mine from a classy on the UKV forum for an even better price - it's worth watching the classies! Only downside to the vtube as opposed to the latest model lavatubes is that the vtube doesn't have the atomiser resistance measure built in Edit: oops, should note that the apollo comes with battery, charger, case, atty and drip tip so it's not a bad deal - even if it is £20 more than the black ones. disclaimer: I don't work for apollo - I just like my vtube! Tho I have to say, it only made me want a provari even more, and will be going down to the sorting office to pick mine up tomorrow Ohhh Lordy, just when I thought I'd made up my mind on the VH black chrome version. Thanks for the advice, but I still don't have a clue as to what size to get and after a bit of research it looks as if there might well be a ss extension tube for the Vtube in the near future, which would make up for the lack of the resistance checker, as I love the thought of having both sizes 'in one' so I wouldn't have to make a decision... Decisions decisions.

Top post that, and the "walk, don't run" resonates with me.
I've only been vaping for seven weeks, but the amount I've learned in that time, almost exclusively from this forum, is amazing.
My clearomisers have been replaced with the v3's with replaceable heads and I have a stock of mini and Vivi Novas to see me through the next few months.
I reckon I'm almost certainly in debit on spendings on my new hobby compared with what I'd have spent on fags, but the majority of spend has been on stuff that I can wash and reuse rather than stub out in an ashtray.
I've bought loads of juice, mostly flavourings to mix in my new science lab, or kitchen worktop as it's otherwise known, and am choosing the ones which I'll stick with as I go.
I'm on the hunt for a big battery mod or two, but apart from that I think I'm happy enough with what I have for the time being.
I'm very pleased I finally discovered vaping as an alternative to smoking, and will definitely continue for the foreseeable future rather than use it as a halfway house to a complete cessation of my nicotine intake.
Thanks folks, it's a top forum.

Feel like giving that a try but I'm just getting to grips with how much flavour I need to add to single-flavoured juices.
What do you use to measure your ratios out in such accurate measurements, a small syringe?

You will be dripping directly onto the coil therefore it's easy to change flavours quickly for trying them out! That'll be perfect, ta.

You attach the drip tip to the attomiser then just drip a few drops into it and vape No reason you can't use the one you linked too I watched a great tutorial video about this but sorry i can't find it at the moment perhaps someone else can? Maybe I could have phrased my question better. Will I be dripping onto some wadding, a wick or just a coil of wire? I've never seen one of these direct-drip boys in real life. I'm glad I can use the other one as it'll save me adding to the ridiculous amount of drip tips I bought yesterday.

so pleased to hear that you have taken our warnings about having plenty of back ups seriously if I run out of anything, i'll be heading round to yours Pleased you're enjoying vaping and keeping off the ciggies. i'm pretty sure you could get by for months now without spending anything I suspect you know that won't happen.

Great stuff, thanks. *** Newbie Question Alert *** What will I actually drip the juice onto, as I can't see the non-battery connector end from the pic? Secondly, what's the difference between your link and this one www.vapeescape.co.uk/510%2Dstandard%2Dresistance%2Datomiser%7E9Just when I think I'm getting my head around the products...

I do find PA's flavours are pretty weak unfortunately. Try starting around 20%, you may even have to go up to 30% on some. I'm a bit of a virgin as far as mixing is concerned, and all the reading up on the subject has pointed me at 5-10%. I bought a load of PA from LF and have found 10% to be very weak and watery, so have biffed it up to 20% and am still finding them to be quite weak. I'll do a batch on Saturday of all my flavours at 30% and will see how I get on. If my new ones from HC have turned up, I'll give them a go as well. On a related note, can anyone tell me what should I use to test very small quantities of my juice, as I'm currently having to use my tanks, and am having to use loads of juice to get them wet? I've heard of dripping onto atomisers, but have no idea of what sort of atomisers are suitable for this, and whether one would be suitable for different flavours, or would I need a separate one for each flavour?

Hmmm, so much for saving money giving up the fags... Stuck in an order for about £140 with Health Cabin yesterday, including three Mini Novas, three Vivi Novas, ten atomisers for them, some plinths and metal tanks for them, three CE3s, some atomisers for them, an Ego C twist and charger, a vv passthrough for the car, assorted needles and spiky things, blah blah blah. I then put in an order for my mum and sister, realised I was close to free shipping, so chucked in five bottles of 115ml flavouring plus a few bottles of 10ml to take advantage of no shipping fees for what are fairly pricy items to ship. At this stage, I'd like to think I've got enough to last me for a good six months, although I'd like one of the new lava tubes if/when they release them in ss or black, or alternatively the next new shiny thing that comes along. I'm also looking to get a decent stainless Genesis-type rebuildable 'for best' but with the frequency they seem to be released I'll wait until the right one comes along at the right price. I have to say I'm enjoying myself and smoking's rubbish compared with this vaping lark.
