I've vaped in the office since I started, so about five years. At the time I sat behind the MD. When he saw my little cloud he did ask what the **** I was doing (his words). Once I explained he was 100% supportive.
I have had a few people do the coughing thing. I just told them to **** off (MD's word so must be acceptable in the office.)

I got a new one from Amazon for about £150 (Lenovo).
Took a little getting used to everything being in the clouds, but apart from that easy to use, small, light and battery lasts all day.
Someone up there mentioned heating up in your lap. Mine has a small solid state HD (I think that's what it's called), no fan (so totally silent) and never feels even slightly warm.

I seem to have missed the last year or so.
All the nice mech mods seem to have been replaced by random electronics. I tried one (can't remember what - it's in a box at home), which I didn't like, just seems to burn stuff.
So I'm sticking to my Microsticks/Touchwoods/Dingo, all in 18350, with random Spheroids/Miniatty/Microdrip and a few Protank 2s for out and about backups.
Works for me, and changing batteries takes a second.

I spent a while discussing vaping with the nurse whilst having my blood pressure checked. Right down to having a relaxing one before the test to chill out. She changed me from smoker to non smoker.
So go figure, maybe a more sensible, non jobsworth nurse.

Last mix was 500ml of PG, 500ml of PG/nic, 1 litre of VG plus the required quantity of flavour poured into a 4 pint milk bottle. Simple and no fiddly bottles. Small funnel to decant into some half litre bottles for the freezer and 50ml bottles for the next six months. No more messing for a year or two. Wow you must like your flavours! What are they fagin? Flavourart Tobacco Maxx with a tweak - just a tobacco ish flavour. I went through all the weird flavours when I started, now I just want a regular. I smoked Chesterfield for 30 odd years quite happily. |
