I started watching series 3 and am on episode 6 Walking Dead since I have been on holiday.........best yet ,a few shocks in store  ooooo I haven't seen any of the third series yet.........I am really glad to hear it's still good, so often my favourite programme become rubbish after a few series edit-typos! |

Hi Bryson and welcome to the site, I smoked the same amount as you and I haven't had a fag since picking up my e-cig 5 weeks ago I can only speak from my experience but I found having a tobacco e-liquid in reserve really helpful, although I can't say I like the taste of it, when I really really needed a fag in the first couple of weeks it was great to be able to vape some tobacco and quench that craving, but I adore the fruit and sweet flavours too, so I started with a tobacco and a chocolate and caramel and found that worked really well for me, also as everyone else has said another battery is an absolute must, otherwise one will run out and you will be left with no e-cig while you wait for the battery to charge, imo I would get more e-liquid too, so you are not likely to run out, people really vary with how much they vape, I currently vape around 4ml a day but I think the average is around 2-5 a day, some people much more some less, good luck with the vaping once you get it right it will be fantastic |

actually a really good point has been raised, I have cut down my nicotine and I have definitely vaped more juice since going down to 14mg from an 18mg in my all day juice, that must be why I am constantly vaping! (and perhaps because I really like it too!)

thanks for the replies everyone.........It's good to know I am pretty normal, I work from home so I think that really doesn't help, I can vape whenever I like, for the first few weeks I just vaped in the kitchen, so I would go for a vape and now wherever I am my ego c is with me........that might explain the increase too! I don't mind as I am much happier vaping than smoking but I don't really want to be getting through 10mls a day! edit-no disrespect to anyone that does vape 10mls a day, I just simply can't afford to  |

im a button down thumb user , han , stealth vaping is when you have a sneaky draw when you are not supposed to and no one suspects a thing ty theinhaler, well in that case I have already done some stealth vaping |

I was wondering how much juice most people vape a day, my intake is definitely going up! I am vaping around 4ml a day at the mo (for the first couple of weeks it was more like 2ml a day) I think switching to a V3 LR clearo from a SR has meant that my intake has gone up and also I really like the juices I have now..........I mean really like! and I am sure that makes me vape more, but I would be interested to know what is the average for everyone else |
