got my vamo from vape escape also - already had some 18350s i got for my screwdriver so been using them , cant say i am overjoyed ,firstly its rather heavy so it is bound to be even heavier with the 18650 thats on its way (AW 3400mah) do tend to get a bit of a burnt taste with it also but prob down to the vivi nova . I need to better understand the adjustment to make best use i tend to have it on about 7 watts .

just purchased one of the larger batts think it was just under £20 supposed best make available , bought suitable charger from a different place think that was about £9. My new Vamo vv/vw is currently using the smaller 18350s but they dont seem to last very long . I am used to my ego ts lasting all day .Tend only to vape at about 7watts so would expect better life maybe the bigger battery will do the trick

I have black chrome it looks the dogs - rather heavy in use - go back to my ego t and the T feels like a feather after using Vamo . Any links to above quality battery suppliers.

as far as i know this ego vv/vw mod think its called a Vamo can take 18350s and 18650s with extension tube added.Thought it had gone faulty earlier after only one days use kept turning itself off - changed battery same again - just by chance i had 2 brand new 18350s tried one and hey presto it worked ok .Thing is i put the 2 batteries that were causing it to switch off on battery tester and they both show full power. ??

Thanks Gordy i am sure after reading it another dozen times i will have a better understanding - great explanation but my advancing years means info is hard to retain . And yes i am loving the new machine - think the batteries may need replacing for stronger newer and even the larger variant - the two i am using have had quite a bit of use in my screwdriver .Where is the best place to aquire the said batteries and what power is best because again the choice (ebay) is mind boggling think i saw them up to 4000mah

Just purchased new ego mod from Vape ****** i am a bit naive in the workings of these advanced vapers - been using ego t batteries with variation of atomisers lately aquired Vivi nova and vivi mini that i am delighted with . Do have a screwdriver but it is temperamental in working even though i have changed switch buttons . My question is with ego mod what is the difference between volts and watts in use and what is the relevance of the ohms readout ? the current one reads 2 ohms iam using it at present as shortened version as i had a stock of smaller batteries i used with screwdriver.

As advised i purchased Vivi Nova it arrived today ,A breath of fresh air it works a treat the only criticism is the weight when full quite a bit heavier to carry about than previous set up - ego t + clearomizer ce2 - prob on par with screwdriver now with Vivi and ego t . Enough juice to last the whole day and battery that does likewise - all good . Ordered through Vape escape £11.84 inc postage with discount . Found on arrival Vape escape are based just up the rd from me (silly Billy ) i could have called in.
