How to take a great record and drain it of all emotion. Singer sounds like he's reading the lyrics for the first time :

Good grief. When I think of the times sat by the window with my wicking & mixing kit on display; wearing a head strap binocular set (better to see the coils), pouring bottles of indefinable liquid into syringes, using a torch on kanthal coils, it's a wonder the UK version of Homeland Security haven't bashed down the front door expecting to see a load of semtex or illicit drugs!

I'm digging dripping subohm style. After being a complete numpty with drippers for ages; had about 4 of them and never could get them to produce anything as good as a well-coiled RTA, due to incompetence. That's all changed with this here Derringer. Coiled up with nickel, and vaping fantastically on the dna40. It's great to just swap juices constantly (rayon of course, which helps a lot), among other things it clears the old vapers tongue that tooting a tankful can result in. Very happy with the whole thing!

Change of speed on the Derringer... nickel 0.3 dual coil, 15 wraps each on a 2.5mm former, came right in at 0.1 ohms. Holy moly the flavour!

Introducing the dripper to liquids I haven't touched for ages... it's like being in a sweetshop. Right now on some 6 month old Pluid, with Eye of Sauron (same vintage) lined up next. Yum!

Just got a Fasttech Erlikonigen (sp) clone. Nice design for a RDA, easy to recoil and it is performing nicely here.

Got a Derringer crone in the mail today, and have just coiled it up with a 0.16 ohm single coil nickel build. Ooh zee flavour! This little thing can sure kick it out.

Coiling problems? Bolts, bolts, bolts. Kanthal and Nickel are easy to thread onto a M4 size bolt. Wind your wire onto the bolt, making sure you follow the thread - if it starts to make crazy loops just unwind and recoil the other way. On Kayfun style decks you can place the bolted coil in situ while securing the leads. To remove the coil turn the bolt. Perfectly spaced coils every time.

Subtanks are easy to get into, if you use the stock coils. Open the bottom, pour in juice, screw back in, good to go. And no, I didn't mention mechs

Now, I'm a bit of a gregarious internetter. Coast through social media, that sort of thing. Tonight I was in this random chat room, UK based, and flip my lid if someone didn't mention he had started using an ecig! So we got chatting publicly, and he was asking all sorts of questions about what kit to buy. I set him up with recommendations to get an istick, Subtank mini or nano, and he even got the idea of making your own juice (the minimalist mix, base/vg/ethyl maltol). Finalised by pointing him to this esteemed website to meet up with other vapers. Crikey, what a Friday!

I've decided to go for the Dovpo TC 50 as I can't find anything that says they don't work....and at only $34.99 at Gearbest (£22.40) even if it doesn't work brilliantly for TC I'll have another nice little single battery mod. www.gearbest.com/electronic-cigarettes/pp_186042.htmlHow can you resist the wording on that leaflet?

"Day 2 in the Evic-VT house." The battery was run down 50% from using it, and seeing Dave Dorn quoth 'It took 6 hours to charge to full' (from empty) it seemed prudent to plug in the wallwart and let it simmer. About 2 hours later the battery light is blinking like a good'n. Full charge. So off came the wallwart, and a full battery shows. Time for a toot; and blimey, the battery meter is now showing 80-85% charge, after one (1) drag. Shome mistake shurley? I wonder if replying to a post quoting yourself will cause the posting flag to go into an endless loop. Here goes... Well, slap me and call me a gherkin. There's nowt wrong with the evic; found out last night that the blinky-blinky phase of charging is evicvt-speak for 'I'm nearly full'. Left charging a while longer (about 30 mins) the blinking stops and the display reverts to normal, showing temperature and so on. (Hits Send and watches the Bookmarks count go loopy)
