All good advice thus far thanks, i've got the mortgage advisor around tomorow so until thats bit is sorted and i get my promise in principle i can then start lookin around with a bit more confidence. Im not too worried about that, im on a good wage and have no credit issues. The one thing that concerns me really is any up front costs like conveyancing fee's. i have done a brief moneysupermarket search and from the results seems the basic cost minus any stamp duty is about £500 -£650 which is fine. We're not looking for anything top market , something around the £150,000 mark for a 3 bedroom semi ideally and although ive got a 10% deposit i really wanna keep the upfront costs to a minimum. Like the homebuyers survey, how much is that likely to cost? I know the lender will do a valuation survey and that will be around £100 if its not included in the mortgage. The other thing is we're not planning on moving to far from the place we rent at the moment, i know that will restrict our options a bit but the wife doesnt drive and we dont really want to move the kids from the schools they're in now. I guess the good thing is atm is that its a buyers market, i've seen a lot of homes on the search sites that have been on the market for 6 months plus, so hopefully i have bargaining power on my side

Well, The time has come to finally start looking for our first house. Got a deposit on standy and awaiting an appointment on monday with a mortgage advisor whos a partner of a work collegue so thats a plus. Being a first timer i'm completley ignorant of what i should be watchingnout for, any hidden costs or things i should be asking the advisor and estate agents. So if anyone has recently moved home then any advice on what to expect and ask would be gratefully recieved

The thing with nrt or pharma drug delivery sysrems is they must supply a consistant dose and the unit must be tamper-proof. So it wont be refillable it will use proprietry sealed carts or tanks.

Ive had the exactly the same thing happen not so long ago with my usb ego charger, looks like the same component too. I didnt notice mine until i noticed the charger was off ( no led) and went to investigate. I guess it just burnt out and died before it got to hot to do any real damage. This was a charger and batts i used all the time.

Spend a bit of time with this today and it didnt go well. I found a connector in my box which had an integrated o-ring and thought that's bloomin handy, so rewired the posts onto it and filled the cavity with hot glue and no shorts, all good.
feed the posts through the tube and started to push in the connector on a vice, checked about half way through and no shorts...
Damn connector was the tightest fit ever, winding it in i was actually shaving off some of the connector as it was going into the tube. managed to get it fully in...and.....short....piss !!!, that connector isn't coming out in a hurry so the whole thing has been resigned to the "to do sometime maybe" box.

My non joye twist has a two phase charging. Plug it in and the led on the twist lights up . That stays on for the first phase of charge. After which the led goes out but the unit is now in stage two charging. After about an hour the chargers led goes from red to blue so charging is complete. The led on the twist might even come back on, cant be sure

The lower the resistance , the more power it draws from the battery, the hotter the operating temperature.
Still shouldn't taste "burnt". it all depends on the juice your using too. some flavours are better suited to a higher resistance atomizer. if it tastes harsh and burnt it's either a juice that doesnt like getting too hot or it's not wicking well enough, maybe a bit of both.
