I have the stainless steel Vamo and we've become inseperable! Had a trip over the big hill to VapeEscape on Xmas eve rather than waiting for the slow boat. I take it to work in mini mode and get a full day out of it, and use the bigger battery at home. It doesn't feel overly massive to me, just reassuringly solid. The only issue I've had is that it sometimes switches itself off if the battery gets jiggled. Might send Jason a message and ask about the hotspring as the postie hasn't brought one yet and it looks like some other people have received one. I'm on a self-imposed spending ban now for at least a month (yeah, right! ), but think an Aga-T or DID might be next. StS

That's good to know. I've tried a couple of different banana juices and both have tasted really chemically with just a hint of banana. I'm going to start mixing my own this weekend and it's one of the flavours I'm trying out, but if it doesn't work then I'll definitely give the Hangsen a go. Banoffee and/or banana chews? Yes please!

Nice haul! I've had more than that this week already, and there are 2 more things still to arrive! Been coming home from work with armfulls of lovely stuff. The Capellas I got today from Froggy have been the nicest smelling item of post I've ever had. The box full of glass bottles from Ampulla was a good one - ordered Sunday night and arrived this morning, and it was packed up so well there wasn't even a hint of a rattle from the glass inside. Impressed. Thankfully we have a friendly postie.

I use the V3 rainbows and I love 'em. I have a couple of different colours on the go, along with a Nova STV, and they all have different flavours in them.
One thing I discovered by accident is that changing from one flavour to another in the same cartomiser (the mouth thingie!) can give you some nice surprise mixes if (like me) you're too lazy to wash them out each time. The vanilla custard is great with blackberry for example. Mmmmmmm! Now I'll often mix a couple of different juices in the cartos - it's like having a whole load of extra juices available. If in doubt, hold 2 open bottles up (but not right up each nostril) and if they smell nice together they'll probably taste nice too.
Give it a go!

I'm very in touch with my masculine side. I bought a tool box in Wilko the other day for my vaping gear and I'm already thinking I should have bought 2. All the related 'stuff' appeals to my inner geek! Once I've sorted mixing I reckon re-coiling and wicking will be next on the list.

When funds have allowed and I've gone out somewhere, I've asked if I can vape and everyone (so far) has said yes. Also, when I've been in non-smoking friends' houses they've all been happy for me to vape indoors. Like you say though, might be different if there's a whole load of vapers in a boozer and someone complains!

Thanks for the replies. Will try de-ionised water to dilute my stevia and vodka for thinning out the VG. And I like to use bitter lemon for slightly thinning out my vodka.

If you decide to go for a pick-n-mix of new juices you could try mixing some of them with the baccy flavour to sweeten it a bit - cherry and vanilla would both work well. Then at least you can get through your 30ml bottle. As soon as I tried a fruity flavour I never went back to ciggy flavours. Sooooo much nicer!

Hi Neil. Welcome aboard! Everyone on here has been very helpful since I started last November, so you've come to the right place. I'd recommend having a look at VapeEscape for batteries - probably one of the favourite vendors among the forumers, and really helpful if you're not sure what to get. If you use code 'allabout' you get 10% off at the checkout. Whoever you buy from it's worth looking at the list of vendors and discount codes here: allaboute-cigarettes.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=suppliers&action=display&thread=301&page=1Happy vaping!

I could see that'd be better for you, yeah. I'm about to start my first load of mixing so I plan on trying smaller batches of different flavours, 10ml of each. I like to have different flavours on the go to keep it interesting. My plan is to slowly reduce the nic content in my juices, but I'll see how that goes! I've ordered 500ml 75mg nic juice, so figured the 60ml bottles will probably work out better for me. And if reducing the nic works I won't have to buy any more. Fingers crossed! Each to their own though. And Ampulla's a great find! Some of the more decorative bottles would look great on a shelf with some coloured liquid in them. I was tempted to add some to my order but I've got nowhere to put them!
