I've ordered a batch of 25 60ml glass bottles from Ampulla - I figured that's a better size for freezing as I'll only have to defrost smaller quantities. Bit more than I intended spending (£16 inc postage) but I'm quite clumsy so even allowing for breakages these'll last me forever!

Hi
Which one should I use for dilution? I have a bottle of de-ionised water, but I'm not sure if this is OK for vaping with or if I should get some distilled water.
Thanks!

Hi Smokeybebe Vaping is very different to smoking - if you're getting loads of juice in your mouth you may be sucking too hard (cue loads of sniggers!!!) There's a thread on here somwhere about vaping technique and maybe someone can link to it (can't find it, sorry), but it really makes a difference. Try pressing the button slightly before you start to inhale, and then inhale slowly for a few seconds. It's not like taking a drag on a rollie at all, and the difference takes a bit of getting used to. If you find there's some extra juice in there you could try pressing the button without inhaling at all, which should burn it off a bit. I hope that's right and that it helps. I'm still pretty new to all this myself! StS

The problem with the spring has been fixed on the newer batches - I checked with Jason at VE when I bought mine and he says they now come with bigger springs so the batteries don't rattle around anymore. I've certainly had no issues with mine. Thought mine had broken the other day. Had a few minutes of panic before I realised it was just the battery (18350, mini mode) had run out and I'd missed the warning message as I was using it in the car! It had seen me all through NYE, the party afterwards, the 'morning after' fry up at my friends' house and finally gave up on my way home. Thankfully I had an Ego with me as a spare!

Variable wattage! You can have it in mini mode (2-slice) or go large (4-slice).

I got a toaster in Sainsbury last month for £5! It toasts the bread, what else do you want? Yep. And it leaves more money for shiny things!

Will probably have a few dafties myself lol...the one thing I have learned since starting vaping is "never expect instruction with any kit you buy" cause most aint got any!!!! Yeah, why do they do that?! There's a lovely chap called Todd who does really good reviews of things, so it's always worth checking out his site if you're thinking of getting something: www.toddsreviews.com/ He's on here too. *waves to Todd

'Mechanical mods' Got my fingers in my ears. Lalalalalaaaaa not listening!!!! I thought I was happy with my Ego Tank thingie. Then I got some cartos and noticed a massive difference. And then I bought a Vamo. Pheweee it's good! You can customise it to your own vaping preference, which for me is more flavour and less throat hit so I vape on fairly low wattage. I think it was definitely worth spending some money on. But that's it for a while, at least as far as the hardware goes. Hmmm. Maybe some rebuildable attys..... I've ordered most of my mixing kit today, so I'm going to try and limit the spending to just replacing anything that breaks. Lobey, where did you get your bottles from? I want to freeze most of the nic base. StS

Looks like I'm a bit late arriving to the welcoming committee, but 'wotcha' anyway! Where abouts are you? It's always handy to know where your local forumers are in case you have an emergency battery issue or run out of juice.
