Vypes are shite, there's no doubt amongst seasoned vapers but BAT have the advertising revenue to push Vype into everyone's TVs, billboards and buses etc. The more they advertise the more we are accused of supporting Big Tobacco and it's dreadful business practises because to the layman vaping will equal Vype etc.
It all kind of plays in the hands of the MEPs/ Glans/ McKee and Chapman who are the enemy at the moment.
And like you said, all over a product that vapers wouldn't touch with a bargepole, but we are the minority against the people BAT are aiming for with the Vype.

One thing I did find interesting on this show was I can now see exactly why Big Tobacco fighting on "our side" isn't helping our cause at all.
Whilst they are supporting harm reduction and going for the healthier option with advertising and big budgets they are aggressively selling cancer sticks into poorer countries to kids and advertising tobacco with no restrictions which is where all their money comes from.
And they wonder why people don't believe they've turned a new leaf and we are getting tarred with their terrible reputation because it looks like they are trying to hijack e-cigs to give their industry a respectable face. To the media e-cigs are made by big Tobacco, Big Tobacco ARE lying cheating scumbags without exception.
Pisses me off no end, e-cigs would be much better off if Big Tobacco kept it's Midas touch off them.

This kind of disproves the old "we don't know what's in them" argument. The more manufacturers that do stuff like this the better - we need to get rid of the mixed in paint pots with dirty spoons image that e-liquid manufacturers have been branded with.

Seems like a fair, balanced policy to me . . . well done Kibbs for getting your company to look beyond the drivel that gets posted about ecigs. Wish I could vape in the dining room rather than having to use the smoking shelter. I guess it's a matter of perspective from management. My MD obviously views vaping as giving up smoking so won't force vapers to use the smoking shelter. Others may not be so close to the truth and view vaping as a new form of smoking so subject to the same policies. Very much like in politics.

Either the canteen or designated smoking area? I think Canteen 1 vs DSA 0. Good to see the comment about the I was impressed with that too. The MD has obviously done some research and the fact none of the Mad Glans, "Think of the kids" McKee, BMA or WHO was quoted means my respect for the MD has raised immeasurably I would guess he decided they are raving nutters too and ignored them lol

We also recognise that some employees may be concerned about the possibility of harm from vapour produced by these products and that their use may not help employees who are trying to give up smoking.
- e-cigarettes can only be used in the canteen or outside the building in the designated smoking area. That's good, kibbster, apart from the bold. We all agree, that someone that has chosen to use an 'e-cig' full time, is someone that is trying to give up smoking (and invariably succeeding), so it seems bad to send them to the smoking area to passive smoke. OK, most vapers are sensible & will always go to the canteen......or loo! I agree, but as there is the option to stay indoors away from the smokers I'm not going to complain I think it was put there because quite a few of the vapers hang out in the smoking area by choice for the social side. Me, I've got my little vape posse in the canteen

The best thing is that BMA and WHO advice was ignored, be it on purpose or by accident

And I was quite surprised at how sensible and fair it is. Looks like I've done some good here The Use of “e-Cigarettes” at Work This policy concerns the use of all alternative smoking products including look-alike cigarettes and electronic cigarettes, whether they contain nicotine or not and whether they emit vapour or not. For the purposes of this policy all the products will be referred to as “e-cigarettes”. The company recognises that many people use these products as an aid to stop smoking, and as part of our compliance with the Government’s smoke free legislation, this is to be encouraged. We also recognise that some employees may be concerned about the possibility of harm from vapour produced by these products and that their use may not help employees who are trying to give up smoking. Additionally, the company needs to maintain and project a clean and healthy image to employees and visitors alike. Therefore, the following rules will become effective from 26 May 2014: - - e-cigarettes can only be used in the canteen or outside the building in the designated smoking area. - e-cigarettes can therefore only be used in designated breaks. - e-cigarettes cannot be used at your machine/desk/workstation. As with all company rules, failure to comply may result in disciplinary action. Note: Studies carried out by the US Food and Drugs Administration classified the vapour produced by e-cigarettes as “Generally Recognised as Safe”. The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) concluded that there was “no apparent risk to human health” from second-hand exposure to vapour.

I'm using Evod 2s, same head. No sh** ! That might explain something. I've just tried the evod 2 on 3 different mods. It's terrible. The resistance reading is 1.6ohms. The vape is similar to an underwater barbecue. With all my other flavours I find the Evod2s excellent. They just don't like chocolate obviously

I don't understand it, I use the same ratios with all my liquids but this flavour is the worst best vape. I can only think it coats the coil within minutes and reduces its efficiency. Any ideas? We should try this in one of my new mini Kanger dual coils. Sounds like a match made in heaven... I'm using Evod 2s, same head. Sent from my HTC One_M8 using proboards
