Handy tip mate, and seems realy easy to do, but have you not read the thread about backups  Hehe, yes I have many times, you can't be too safe you know  It's just that I read posts every day along the lines of 'I'm on an island, my charger melted, my 18350 batteries are flat, I have an eGo/Riva, but the switch broke, HELP!!' |

I would like to add after having just had a similar post pulled by the mods on another forum for 'extreme safety concerns' that this puts out less current than a 9v battery and can't harm a person (unless you poke yourself with the wire).
A 9v Alkaline battery puts out 9V at 565mah
This puts out 5v at 480mah.

I know it's a bit nasty and yes you could probably short your USB port if you cross the wires. But.... It is for emergency use only. Have just realised that if you have an eGo charger you may well have an eGo which you could use until your new charger arrives  This post is now for people with a dead charger and no eGo, who manage to borrow an eGo charger |

This is a cracking tool, and really nicely made too, Matt's done a bang-up job! Really like being able to test the voltage drop under load, and will definitely be using this to help with recoiling  Had a meter for months, but chucked it back in it's box because it was too fiddly to use, well it's out now so finally getting use from it! I did have a problem getting it to connect on some mods, but then realised that the rubber sleeving was protruding a bit, snipped it carefully away and it screwed on perfectly, this may be a problem with mods with low flying 510 posts (and helped me identify which mods had that problem, so 2for1!) That's a design feature Sorry about that, need to work on my trimming skills. I will sack somebody from the QA dept. |

I have put this here for those who do not regularly read the Mods section, please feel free to move if not appropriate How to make an emergency charger for 18350/18650 batteries, etc. Please ensure correct electrical safety procedures at all times. 1. Pop the centre pin on an ecig/eGo/Riva charger. 2. Place the 1st bare end of a wire between the pin (pos) and the gromet and push the pin back into position. 3. Position the 1st bare end of another wire between the outer (neg) and the case, use a matchstick or similar to wedge it in place. 4. wrap an elastic band around your battery and position the 2nd bare ends of the wires at the correct ends of the battery, centre pin to top, outer to bottom. Plug the USB end of the charger into a USB port and charge.  |

Does that mean it would fit an ea mod ? I can't guarantee it as I don't have an EA mod. As far as I can tell it should fit as everything else about the EA mod seems a direct GGTS copy. |

I was a 30 a day Royals smoker and at first 18mg didn't cut it for me so I added some 24mg for those times when I needed more, particularly 1st thing in the morning.
After a week or so I was able to go back to 18mg full time, but many people vape at many different strengths. I know somebody who chugs 36mg all day!
Have you tried only filling your clearo halfway for your flavour safari's? Is less to pour back into the bottle. You could also try a Bauway 306 dripper with drip tip, only takes a few drips of juice and is perfect for trying flavours.
If you disassemble your clearo, rinse and then soak in water with a denture tablet it will freshen everything up.
After that I just shake off the plastic and dry the metal parts with a hot air gun, a hair dryer would do.
Put any flavours you don't fancy in the back of a drawer and come back to them in a week or so, you may be pleasantly surprised at the change.
