For tests of completely new recipes I use 10ml pure VG - if it's rubbish after steeping it goes into the sink. For serious tests I usually make 20 or 30 ml bottles. For volume I make 50ml and 100ml bottles, often multiples at a time (My last batch of vanilla custard was 500ml, my last batch of peppermint-menthol was 200ml)
I don't think the size of the bottle makes much difference in steeping.

This is a collection that has been done by German volunteers for the politicians and "experts" involved - it has been printed out and sent to them. Here is the original announcement: www.e-rauchen-forum.de/thread-64193.htmlIt is not one study, but a collection of all the studies that WE all know about but THEY claim to not exist. They now have it in BIG binders - so they can not claim ignorance any more. Here's the list of people who got a copy: - Frau Linda McAvan MdEP - Frau Dr. med. Martina Pötschke-Langer - Herr Dr. Konstantions Farsalinos - Karl - Heinz Florenz MdEP - Herr Matthias Groote MdEP - Herr Dr. Peter Liese MdEP MdEP = MEP

Hi and welcome - if you like the Spinners and EVOD, just stay with them. Buy 2 or three more (dont forget a backup charger) of each, a couple spare coils and off you go. The tank systems are usually copies of the old ego-T or ego-C types from Janty/Joyetech. I wouldn't bother with them any more, although I don't get a plasticky taste from them.
Oh, and, yes, the same juice can taste completely different in different delivery systems.

Hi there Harty,
don't worry too much about the language, the natives here are nice and friendly =) (Und wenn du mal was übersetzt haben musst, schick mir ne PN)
The same offer to the regulars - if you need something vaping-related translated to or from German, just send me a message.
Alles Gute
Chris

There's a world of interesting and strange flavors ahead of you, fred. If you like, don't see it as "Given up" but rather as "Started something exciting" - much more positive that way. For me vaping is smoking 2.0.

Ah, a fellow bean counter! Did you know that "start vaping" and "stop smoking" are possibly two different points in time? Hur hur =)
Well done fred!
Edit: Ah damn, seems like that wasnt the case here =)

By that she means - suitable to quit smoking, because that is the only reason-to-be for a NRT, and, of course, that is all that matters for the "public health" people.

I am a member of more forums than I would like to admit in more countries than I will ever actually visit, but I agree with everyone and Dave Dorn: This here is the home of the helpful pink fluffy bunnies and I love the attitude of most everyone here.
Also, the Mixology subforum!

... Anyone found a pizza or curry flavoured juice yet? Maybe freshly made bread too! I can dream! ... Well, don't expect too much from it, but we can have everything that is possible with food flavours: Pizza is an easy one.

Hello *wave* and welcome!
A lot of good advice already and you made up your mind. Good! The best thing you already realized is that it is a lot better for you to see vaping as taking up a new habit, not as a way to quit smoking. That might or might not happen, but vaping is like smoking 2.0 - better than smoking, more fun, better taste, but no death.
Soon enough you will look for ways to get that smell out of your clothing =)
Until then, don't worry about stopping smoking, just weave in your vaping and it will all be very natural.
Later, if you decided to give up the tobacco altogether, you will need backups and backups for them, and worry about the next big vaping shiney, but until then, just enjoy the ride. Its great!
I had been smoking 1-2, sometimes 3 packs of Gitanes (The stumpy french type) for 30+ years before I started vaping out of curiosity and after more than a year off the cigarettes I can report that this was the best decision I ever made. I gave up smoking on the first vaping day, but I didn't even want to. We even have 20 or 30 packs of cigarettes right here in this shelf, but we just don't like them any more. Yes, my wife started with me.
The only real downside to vaping is time and cost. I read more vaping related stuff than what I am supposed to read for my job. And vaping (for me) is more expensive than smoking ever was, but I will start saving money right after the next shiney device, I promise =)

Hmm, yes, postage regulations are an explanation. Thanks for pointing that out.

Ok, received my parcel from RTS. There was no mention of nicotine on either the labels or the paperwork. The bottles are labeled as pure glycerine. I opened a bottle and it actually appears to be nic base. I will do a titration later, but it looks like it is what I ordered - 60mg nic base - very slightly yellowish. I diluted a drop with some VG and tried it - it definitely has nicotine in it.
I am not sure that I will order from them again, though, the base might be perfectly ok, but I prefer honest labels as I am doing nothing illegal in either my country, the UK or the US.

2 people using 10ml each of 10mg juice a day (we use a bit less, but thats how I calculated it) equals 1.26 Liters 60mg per year. 4 litres is good for 3 to 5 years. I have some stock already and one of our best friends is a pharmacist with her own pharmacy. I rather plan ahead than rely on other people, though.
