Assuming that your Hangsen Ancient Essence is a concentrate rather than a 0mg/ml nic e-liquid ????? , the 7% is the amount of concentrate that I found others commonly used. (The fact that it states 0mg/ml makes me suspect that it might not be a concentrate that you've got..... have you a link to the page where you got it to help confirm) [ETA] Your link on the first post is for a concentrate. Yes, it is the link in my first post. Thanks, I'll round them up using your calculations. |

Postmodern SmokingI'll be doing my mixing tomorrow now that I have everything. I noticed that your calculator indicates 6.67 ml for Nic Shots and 5.93 for PG. As the syringes are marked in steps of 2 between each number, would it make much difference if I round those figures up? Let's say 6.6 for Nic Shots and 6 for PG? Two items which confuse me: as the target ratio is 70% PG and 30% VG, how come the calculator actually gives me more VG than PG? The other is in your calculator you have 7% for the Hangsen Ancient Essence. Looking at the bottle it states 0mg/ml. Should I enter 0% instead of 7%? Many thanks again.

Just in case You're interested doctorjellybean , 'Ancient' I believe was Hangsen's take on Old Holborn; maybe worth trying BCL's 'Holborg' concentrate too?.... .... I'm afraid I don't know that one. I used to vape Hangsen Ancient until Hangsen stopped production due to the TPD. |

I've edited my post above to also include how much nicotine is required if using nicotine from an 18mg/ml nicshot in PG. (Still available, through the likes of Darkstar) Thank you, once again. I've never mixed before, so this is very helpful. The Darkstar Nicotine Shots, I assume I would need the 100% PG one (going by your image)? |

Postmodern SmokingMany thanks! So, if I read your calculator right, I'd need 50 drops of Nicotine eJuice (would have to find that), 328 PG, 180 VG and 42 Essence to make 20ml of 6mg? I assume using a syringe is easier than drops?

The Hangsen Ancient Essence store page doesn't give any details, so I don't know what the details are.

I've read all the guides, tried the calculator and I'm still not sure of what I need  I've been vaping Hangsen Ancient, which have now been discontinued. Luckily my supplier now stocks Hangsen Acient Essence, so I can mix my own. The original Ancient mix was 70\30 and 6mg strength. My question is what do I need to enter in the ejuice calculator to work out what I need to make e.g. 20ml? And a good source of VG\PG would also be appreciated. Thanks in advance. |

There wasn't enough room in the subject box to add "... with top airflow..."
I'm currently using a Tobeco Super Mini tank, and I'm happy with it. However, the airflow is at the bottom and it has a tendency to leak at times. I do like the coils. Apparently Vaporesso's own tanks are "leak free", but the airflow is at the bottom.
So now I'm after a top airflow tank which take those coils.

Three days later I received an email. Now usually when vendors don't respond within a reasonable timeframe, I don't do business with them. However, I decided to order one bottle to try as a sample. That was on the 20th of this month, and I received an email from Paypal on the 21st to say it has been sent. I'm still waiting. I contacted them again using their contact form to ask about the sent item, to which they haven't replied (yet). According to their delivery page: We will always send out your order within 2 working days. Due to the high demand of our products slight delays may occur. Due to the pending European Tobacco Products Directive, it would seem that Hangsen won't be continuing with my current flavour Ancient (Old Hoby) come November. The Ancient mix is apparently 80-20 PG/VG. So it looks like I'll have to find an alternative source. I found a whole Holborn section on Bestcigliquid, where they have various mix combinations www.bestcigliquid.co.uk/34-ml-like-old-holborn-tobacco-e-liquid.htmlNow I'm wondering which mix might be best suited for my current setup: Innokin Disrupter Mod Tebeco Mini Super Tank Vaporesso Ceramic cCELL Kanthal, 0.9ohm coils I prefer flavour\throat hit to clouds, but don't mind some clouds lol. I did email them and used their contact form to see what they suggest, still waiting. So maybe I can get some suggestions here. |

I've just received my tank and I want to replace the fitted coil with a Vaporesso Ceramic Ccell coil. I can get the top and bottom off, but the coil doesn't want to budge. There is an alien key in the box, but no manual to explain how to use it.

what if stock coils let high pg through like water? perhaps they are just meant to be used with high pg. With an rta, yes most issues are wicking, for example the kanger subtank tba, so simple but so damned infuriating. What do you do if you are stuck with the wick that is already installed? Which is what I've been using ... stock coils. One can be bad, two possible but 3 is taking the mickey. |

Edited: I found it (and coils) at MoonVapez. Anyone dealt with them before?
