Slow cookers are brilliant! Im newly single so with only making meals for myself I normally do all my cooking on one day and freeze some portions. You can literally just bung everything in and jobs a gudden! Ive started doing a veggie chilli which is really healthy so you can eat as much as you like, 3 courgettes 2 red peppers 1 onion 1 garlic clove tin of kidney beans tomato puree and tin of chopped tomatoes chop it all up chuck it in slow cooker and serve it with rice or cous cous! its cheap too. If your wanting to lose weight then watching your calories is probably the easiest to do you dont have to restrict foods that way just watch your portions

Hey everyone I have some tobacco flavoured juice there that should keep me going until I order my new kit, I never thought I would want to try any sort of fruity flavoured juice but the more im on here the more I want to try some! I think id like some just to vape on a nighttime. Can anyone recommend one? I also have a hugeee sweet tooth and Ive read about people saying vaping chocolaty or cake flavours can stop you eating sweet things is this true? If so i think ive just found an answer to all my life problems!! I can quit smoking and loose weight!! lol

Im still smoking and vaping but im very new to vaping and dont have a great set up at the minute. Im ordering my ego ce5 next week and think from then on I will be happy only vaping! think I need to experiment with different juices too. I do agree though even though Im having the odd one It does feel a bit silly as even when Im vaping I dont actually feel like ive packed in its true what a previous poster said its almost like changing brands and adjusting. Thats the way I will look at it from now only thing that gets me is the nights out! x

Hi Everyone Im very new to vaping apart from trying disposables a few months back. Enjoying it so far but think i will like it a whole lot more when I order my ego kit! Just wondering do any of you still smoke the odd cig? Im not fussed today but know I will be socializing quiet a bit over xmas and will likely give into temptation of the odd one

I think it will work out cheaper in the long run than buying bits here and there. Does anyone know what the e liquid is like from exhale as I would order some with the kit to save delivery costs x

Thanks for your quick replies Yes it does only have one battery really didnt think about it being on charge should I buy another battery for now or just wait until I get a new kit? I was hopefully going to buy a new kit just after xmas. So what is the best for the part that holds the liquid (sorry Im really not clued up on all the parts yet!) ive seen cartomizers, pre filled cartomizers and clearomizers I like the clearomizer as I can see what liquid Im using but if the others are better I would go with them. xxx

Hello everyone been having a look through the forum seems great and very friendly Ive only vaped previously with a disposable from tescos 10 motive think its called? I wasnt impressed so gave up and after having my son started to smoke again and as we all know starting again means you smoke more than you ever did before! well im now on 25+ a day and im making myself sick of smoking! My starter kit came yesterday I ordered this one; era3.co.uk/products/v-go-range/i3-electronic-cigarette-starter-kit-product.htmlWhats your thoughts on it? Im pleased with it so far really like the clearomizer (sp) so heres my long list of questions really sorry to bore people but im a bit clueless! Ive purchased some extra e liquid can I just keep filling these clearomizers or do I need to buy new clearomizers? How long do batteries generally last on kits like this? I eventually want a kit thats going to last, what kits do you recommend or should I buy all seperate parts and build up a kit? would ideally like to spend around £40 or would I need to spend more for a good kit? sorry for the list! thanks everyone x
