forgot to add, Im ocassionally feeling a little light headed and 'buzzy' after a few hours of vaping which is why i looked into the nic absorption as I thought i might be over doing it!

Hi everyone Im only four days in to full time vaping, was on and off before xmas. im vaping 18mg at the minute and find im refilling twice a day using ce5s. I have a little left over on a night so in total vaping about 2.5 - 2.8mls of juice. Ive had a look online about nic absorption and i know its not certain but ive seen that 1ml of liquid is equivalent to 18mg is this correct? if so im a little worried im using too much and want to go down to 11 or 12mg. is it too soon? will I start craving again? I dont want to cut back on vaping because I just crave cigs and can honestly say these past few days have been plain sailing so far and its all due to vaping! what do you recommend? thanks |

Thank you for your input guys! ive been vaping a 70/30 mix all day instead of 60/40 i know its not much difference but I havent wheezed at all so im wondering like chillervapes says it was the vg? will just keep on with this mix of e liquid and hopefully it wont come back! really dont want to encounter any problems as im loving it so far!

Hey guys Not posted for a few weeks due to nasty bug. I'm using exhales ego kit and after messing around before Xmas still smoking I finally took the plunge new year and haven't had a cig for four days so far! I'm feeling great at the minute apart from a slight issue. Later on a night I find my chest is a bit wheezy. I've had a look about on google and found a few others have had this problem, has anyone here experienced it? I've been vaping a 60/40 mix and have changed to a menthol 70/30 mix today just incase it's the juice. Anyone got any advice on what it could be? Thanks |

Hi everyone Have around 9ml of grants vanilla custard I would like to swap, great juice but as I'm quiet new to vaping can't get away with sweet liquid at the minute. Only really want to swap for menthol, don't mind if it's a tobacco menthol. Thanks |

Hey guys so my kit is here and I'm so excited about how good it is! I had one cig today and actually thought wow that's not much of a throat hit! Lol even my oh is chugging away on the other battery and can't believe how morish it is!  I have a couple of questions.though hope you can help me out. When I filled the clearo this morning it was vaping but no throat hit then all of a sudden bam! I was coughing at first! Well I've just refilled and its done the same again how do I get a throat hit? The centre of the clearo looks a bit tilted could it be this? Or does this always happen when you put fresh liquid in? How do i clean the clearo? Do I just clean the plastic casing or the middle part with the wick too? My tobacco flavoured liquid has a strange apple tinge to the taste is this normal? Does anyone know of a tobaccoish flavoured juice with no fruity taste? Thanks all |

Hmm I'm unsure wether to bother with them just because I like the clearos on my basic kit I'm using now so imagine I will like them on the ego too. They seem like a waste of money to if they only last days/weeks when you can reuse the clearos? I've just posted bout getting a mini cig for nights out so will probably get cartos with one of them to try. Thanks for all your great advice as always |

Hi everyone
I'm waiting for my ego to come and was thinking about getting another kit however I've been thinking I want something small or when I'm out on night's out. Ill still use my ego at work etc just wanting something that doesn't really stand out when I'm in pubs etc. Don't want to spend much as it won't be used very much. Anyone got any recommendations? Ideally want something Cig a like or even just a white battery.
