Scylla's method is the one I use when I can't be bothered to actually take the foam out! It works well. Just keep messing with your methods until you find waht suits you, and more importantly, you and your ecig! I'm also with Chriisie on this subject. I much prefer an atty and a cart. I didn't get on with clearomisers and I don't like cartomisers. Cartos are too much fuss for me and the draw is too light. For me, it's a case of the atty has it's job, the cart has it's job... so two experts doing what they do... so why do we have the need for a 'jack of all trades' that does the both jobs but not quite as well, imho. Hello All, As most of you already know, I like to push box mods a little bit further than they are at the minute. I'd love to come up with something innovative and am looking for inspiration. I'm looking for something a little different to the standard torch/battery box conversions and that's where you lot come in! Do you have anything in mind for an unusual mod? What would you like to see as an ecig? It has to be hand/pocket sized but big enough to take at least a 14500 (AA size) battery or bigger (18650 would be good!). If you have anything laying around at home or have something in mind, please post a pic, link or suggestion (or all three) and we'll see where it takes us! Sean |

Just thought I'd let everyone know about my latest experience of Cloud 9 ( www.cloud9vaping.co.uk )... I ordered some bits and bobs yesterday at 15:30... confirmation email received immediately, despatch email received within half an hour... Postman knocking on my door with my order at 07:00 this morning!  That's 15.5 hours from internet order to receipt of goods... now that's faster than a really fast thing in running shoes! Sean |

Thanks everyone - your comments are really motivating. TBH, I'm just messing around with ideas, some are working out, some aren't! Ian, this set-up wouldn't really work with a clear box. It needs the diffusion of the coloured box and even then, the Bright Blue led's are not the best for it as they are simply too bright! If anyone is interested, I have a clear version with green led made with touch sensors. It will be the only one with touch sensors as the wiring is very awkward in a seethru box! Yep, you can have 510 or 901... Box colours are Blue, Purple, Green or Clear... LED colours are Bright Blue, Diffused Red, Diffused Yellow or Diffused Green... I'm going to make a blue or green one with the led inside the box rather than poking through it - hopefully, this will light the box up! Here's the box colours, with an ordinary AA battery for scale...   Sean |
