I got a pick'nmix from Kev - and guess what - I pick 'n mixed it again. Equal parts RY4 and B n H mixed 4:1 with Cherry - it certainly tastes nice though it's def not Sky Cherry Delight. I hadn't got a spare bottle to mix it in so I've been sitting cross-legged on the living room floor measuring it out drop by drop and mixing it in a hypo - the wife said all that was missing was a fag lighter and a spoon, otherwise I'd get a part in Trainspotting 2 no probs!!  Anyway, that's 5 days gone with a breath of weed smoke - and I'm not missing it one tiny bit; dirty filthy disgusting stuff  Well done, but don't beat yourself up if you backslide. Let your wife do it Am I going to turn into the worlds worst reformed smoker? There's no prude like a reformed whore Andy And if you think quitting cigs is hard, just wait until you try to quit talking about it  |

I don't think the Dept of Guesswork can possibly know how many smokers or vapers there are in the UK. All their stats are extrapolated from iffy research. Criminalising e-cigs and associated paraphanalia isn't likely to be very successful IMO. Illegal drugs are easily available despite the law. Snus is available despite being illegal to sell in the EU. I expect incandescent light bulbs will continue to be available too, even when retailers existing stocks are exhausted The demographics of people with criminal offences for buying and selling prohibited items should be very interesting in a few years |

I hate ulcers,bloody annoying things.I have one that keeps coming back in the same place and i never linked it to vaping.I always thought an ulcer was a sign that you are run down or lacking certain vitamins from your diet ??? I hope you get it sorted mate and that it clears up sharpish,mine to  It's either not healing properly in the first instance or there may be an underlying infection if it'srecurring in the same place. Don't just assume it's vaping related, ask your dentist's advice. |

A couple of months ago started getting a sore lip that seemed connected to Vaping - went to dentist and he said i had an ulcer and would make an appointment straight away with a specialist .From his urgency i gleaned that it could be a bit dodgy and asked him ,he would not commit and said he didnt want me to worry ,I now have an appointment with specialist at hospital and i just wonder wether it could be to do with the juice i remember the nicotine chews from a few years ago caused some oral problems .Just in prep i want to find some ZERO nicotine juice to use in my SD that tastes ok and gives good vape and some throat hit .Ant reccomends of any strongish flavours that could be suitable probably more fruity etc than cig taste and what combination of juice is best for zero nicotine. Birdy, nicotine is an antiseptic and unlikely to be causing your ulcer. 'Tis more likely to be other ingredients in the juices you use and/or contact with the mouthpiece you are using. The worst mouth and throat ulcers I ever had, developed when I quit smoking (pre the invention of e-cigs) and lasted for over 6 weeks. Although I claim that quit as cold turkey, in point of fact I was eating sweets for Europe and holding boiled sweets in the favoured sucking position will cause some erosion and ulceration. Your dentist maybe wants investigation as to why the ulcer isn't healing as well as what's causing it. In the meantime, adult bonjela is good for the discomfort. Fruity juices can be quite acidic and might irritate your ulcer too. |
