Don't beat yourself up about it Meli. Mistakes happen, never to me though because of course I am perfect  . I wasn't really angry when I posted, disappointed, I just wanted to make sure others didn't make the same mistake. Thank you for being so gracious, still I feel since I managed to cover myself in so much glory I should at least try to make amends. I have investigated this Hot Spring to death (near about) and what I have found out since speaking with various spring manufactures both here and in the US is this Hot Spring is made of Beryllium Copper (BeCu), at first I found it massively ball achingly difficult to find, and was originally told these Hot Springs can only be made to order. I have since found out that this is not the case, LeeSpring.com have these on the shelf, they have a minimum order policy but free shipping. displayed is the spec for the springs, for 5 C size springs cost is £18.20 this price drops if you purchased more than 11 and so on.  Anyway, I hope this has helped if anything. My sincerest Apologies, Cornersruns and all other's I have inconvenienced.
I should have checked it out properly before posting. I was so excited about my find I didn't bother to think first, I ordered one too (no consolation I know) mine will probably arrive tomorrow.
I realised my mistake this afternoon whilst replacing a battery for one of my nephew's toys and it slowly dawned on me that the D meant big batteries.
Truly, an honest mistake on my part, please accept my apologies.

I'm sure vendors will find a work around, wasn't too long ago you couldn't sell oem software without hardware, vendors started adding small chipsets with every disk in order to comply. I buy all my batteries off eBay, most are sent in plastic case, how would they know? So long as the item is packaged safely- no static etc. should be fine. Has anyone received an eBay notification regarding this amendment? I've also sent and received many toiletries and cosmetics (apparently prohibited items - seriously!) using 1st class Consumer mail , never had an issue, didn't realise I was a Rule Breaker hehe Silly rules to pacify bureaucrats and make more money forcing the use of tracking services. >  |

My vamo also gets really hot especially the end cap as does my VN, I understand you need to replace the original (silver) spring or the fatter wider spring with a brass/copper coloured spring (hot spring) like those used in Silver Bullets.
The copper springs give less resistance so if you were vaping at higher voltages it would give you more accurate higher voltage, at least that's how I understand it.
Apparently the Vamo end cap won't get hot once replaced with a hot spring, you can get them from ivapour-elixir.co.uk

Hello Chrissie and the Gang  Hope you all had a Wonderful Christmas! I often find all the really good deals and steals here. To say thank you to you I thought I'd share, just found a new vendor ( vapegear.co.uk ) - Keef has really cheap Aga-T/S's for sale £12.99 & 11.99 respectively. Fired off an email asking about the center post, response was fast for Boxing Day and confirmed is SS. Excellent value for money considering.
