You are right on there nicky, once you have children you never stop worrying about them, even when they are adults and parents themselves.

My partner gave up on the 20-01-13 Ciggy's and Alchohol And started this Saturday just gone: www.lipotrim.co.uk/pharmacy_programme/index.htm (Three milkshakes a day and nothing else) She just needs to lose two stone and then she will be the right BMI. She looks like death warmed up That cannot be good for you! She can still diet and eat proper food with Weight Watchers.

I have been diagnosed as being 'border-line COPD, have had quite a few spirometer tests but I have never had the results back, although the nurse says' better than last time' after each test, feels a bit patronising to be honest. I am going to discuss it with my Dr on Monday.

This is why my ambition was to get rid of consumables and use rebuildables, partly cost and mostly to stop hoarding, the only cartos I keep are a box of 5 new ones I keep in emergency should a coil go pop while I'm out and about, apart from that the only consumables I have are wick and wire which arent space users. Bad juices just go in the bin now, they were overtaking my kitchen. What a waste, you could have given them to me...waste not want not is my motto.

Ordered juice from this company, never dealt with them before, but wanted to try their Swedish Fish and Strawberry. I am pleased to report that the delivery is excellent and the juices are just to my liking also is appreciated that I can get it in low mg and pg/vg of my choice. Tried 50/50 mix for the first order but found this was making me a little breathless, ordered 70/30 5mg which is now steeping, hopefully this mix will be ok as I have used this before with no problems. I will deal with this company again and may try juices which are new to me.

Pixi, She appears to be frustrated and needs exercise , my dog gets all fidgety if he can't get his daily walks. I had 1 poorly dog who couldn't get out and he was chewing his nails so badly they got infected, it was sheer frustration and lack of exercise the vet said, it is quite common behaviour under the circumstances.
I know this is not helping you, just trying to explain why she is chewing at her bandage to get it off so she can walk.
I really do feel for you pixi, nothing you can do to help Misty at this point in time. #grouphug#

Whatever you choose to use nicky make sure it is suitable for coloured hair. I only use John Freida products on my hair because it is dyed and permed but beautifully soft. You could use a touch of Serum just on the ends where it is dry ( use whilst the hair is wet) let it dry naturally.

It will improve with drinking more water and don't forget to moisturise your face twice daily to protect against the elements. In a couple of months your face will be as soft and dewy as a baby's bot.
