Bought 3 LED bulbs, two died, FT offered to repay return postage on the dead pair, all fine.
Credit for postage is on my account, fine.
Now they say that I only returned two bulbs - <fickme> of course I only returned two bulbs, you shower of ...
Anyway, what they're saying is since I got the mail refund and the refund for one bulb, I should be happy and to go frik myself, basically.
This has been going on for weeks, and it seems each person who deals with it is thicker than the last. It's not a simple misunderstanding nor a command of English, at the root of it - it's sheer bloody mindedness and I'm now seriously considering whether I will ever deal with them again. I reckon I'll take what's in my account and cash it in for goods and never go back to them, if this is how they deal with screwups of their own making.

The latest (as of a few days ago) is yet another one who insists that because the refunded postage and the refunded single lamp total nearly the amount I would be owed then I should be happy with that. Well, so much for being refunded my postage then; thanks for that, you shower of cheats.
Fasttech are totally blown out with me from now on - unless one of them gets in touch and comes good on what they promised in the first place. You can tell how good a company is by how they handle things when they go wrong and initially FT seemed fine that way. Now, I'm definitely of a very different opinion.

I doubt I will be using them again. Last week I ordered a steam turbine less than an hour after it went on the site, it was in stock and expected to ship on the 10/10/13. On the 11th it went to restocking and still is like that. Either they only ordered a few of them or they ship out to the people who order loads of them to sell on for a profit.
Same thing happened with the nemesis clone I ordered ages ages ago. They seem to Really struggle with orders placed and shipping them in order placed.
I could be off the mark but I am getting fed up with them dragging their heels on my orders stating packaging for days on end when everything is in stock on the site.

maybe they've just grown too big too quick and it'll need a "period of adjustment" before things settle down again... with their range and prices it'd be a shame if they went ^_^ up

There will be a massive back log of everything Chinese at the moment after the recent Holiday period.
I am waiting on orders from about five different Chinese vendors most of them with pretty fast delivery and so far none have turned up.
It is always the same after they have a holiday .... over the years I have bought from there they always turn up eventually.
Fraid we can't get it all ways .... It's either cheap with a long wait or Two - three times the price with next day delivery from local suppliers

I am having ongoing issues with them. I am awaiting 2 packages but cant find out what is in them as they said no batteries so I cancelled battery and asked for rest of stuff. The battery is on the invoice and they have not credited me for same they cannot answer if the battery is in the package or not.

Well i dont know all i can say is i have placed 21 orders in all with Fasttech and never had any problems maybe sometimes took 2 or 3 or even 4 weeks for the package to be delivered but always arrived.....My last order was a INNOKIN iTaste SVD Battery Compartment £24.44 inc delivery and only arrived on Friday i think it took nearly 5 weeks to arrive but hey for the price im prepared to wait

irishcasI have heard of some folks on here still getting batteries through, it depends where they shipped through. .. but seems they are wrapping them in cooking (aluminium) foil.. The strange thing is, Focalecig seem to be doing OK with shipments.

yeah i think i prefer focalecig, my delivery arrived before my fasttech one even tho the FT one was placed a week before focalecigs. i am still waiting for my deliveries from FT. 40 days nearly.
I also like focalecig because 'DORIS' from focalecig is a regular poster on AAEC and i even have her as facebook contact! just they dont stock as much as FT
stewarty, which other chinese vendors you using then?
