I use my e-go all day and come night time I put on charge. It charges in about 20 minutes. This seems really short. I assume when the green light comes on that means its charged. Sorry if I am being a numpty  |

Thanks everyone am so happy. I think another thing that may help is I used to have a packet of extra strong mints a day. Instead now I vape menthol I am only on day 4 so things could change. But I feel really positive about both quitting analogues and loosing weight for the 1st time ever. |

Last Monday I joined a weight loss group still smoking analogues with no intention to stop. Saturday I started vaping and have not had an analogue since. Last night at weight loss group I could not believe that not alone am I off the analogues but also lost an amazing 3 lbs |
