Good and bad days

Sometimes I can go a whole day without a ciggies other tines I smoke anything between 2-6 I guess it's still better than 16! Still enjoy smoking sometimes unfortunately hopefully will kick it in completely one day!

Are there any particular times you find more difficult than others ? Like after dinner, first thing in the morning, etc ?

I'm finding it helps to be aware what your triggers are and then focus on vaping heavily through them. If the craving is still there then just have half a fag if all else fails.

Perhaps if you identify the triggers you could use a higher mg juice in those times?

Or, have a ciggie and just count the ones you've not smoked

I tend to find after eating is when i crave one the most but as double goodness i do not have anything sweet for dessert so leaving out calories and have a vape of a fruit flavour as my dessert which then takes the craving of the analog away. Also find that vaping menthol first thing in the morning helps take my craving away too.

I have found though that analogs taste so so bad now after vaping, hard to believe i used to like the taste.

I get the occasional bad day, less now I've got some decent higher voltage lower resistance gear.
But I still get those stressed days where having the "real thing" passes through my mind.
I remind myself that vaping tastes nicer anyway and just vape more

I look at it the same way as Karma.
You are still addicted to nic, if you choose to get it occasionally from a ciggie don't beat yourself up about it.
The fact that you've replaced some cigs with vaping means your health is better.
No point in putting pressure on yourself, if you want to move onto vaping full-time you can, if you don't then you don't.
Your choice so don't worry about it

I did get that bad taste first of all went 4-5 days without one then fags tasted rank, now I've smoked more ive got used to them again they're not as enjoyable as they once were though which is good I guess. It's walking down to the train station in the morning, I'm so used to having a fag then, so it's the mornings mainly and after lunch but I'm managing to vape through the afternoon now unless I'm having a horrendous day where I just don't care!

feel like a cig this could help you to break your habit.

Lozzy, honestly it's easier to vape when outside than smoke! No more burning your hair, eyebrows etc trying to light a ciggie!
