Can i just say if you are on about the tornado carto's you dont need a syringe, just unscrew the carto from the battery and just drip juice into the small hole from the attty end no need to take the end off the mouthpiece which is flat by the way not round  i have 4 of these tornado cartos and i have refilled them countless times in the few weeks i have had them, if you have a small 5ml bottle of juice that works better as it's easier to drip into the hole with these or you could use a pippette which i have used in the past but the 5ml bottle works a treat, just be patient as they do take a lot of drops lol, hope this helps you as thats the way i refill them and quite a few do also on TW forum Jules |

Hi Ken TECC do take paypal i have ordered from them last week and also last night using paypal, have another look maybe you missed paypal sign. Jules P S i have just looked at TECC site and i can see why you didnt see the paypal sign there isnt one untill you go to checkout your basket thats where you can see the option of paying by paypal, hope thats of some use |

bad news about the insurance Lolli >  and it is a horrible feeling knowing they had been in all your cupboards and drawers just tipping it everywhere... luckily we arrived home and the burgular was sitting in a car when we pulled up behind him, he drove off and when i went to open the front door there was the lads video games consoles and many other stuff piled into my wash basket and black bags all waiting to go, but as i said we came back rang the police and they had arrested him half hour later and they said they had been after him for months.. but in that half hour he had managed to sell a few bits of ours but we never got them back > Jules |

We were unfourtunatly burgled 6 years ago now > and i will never forget a policeman comming out of my son's bedroom and saying to me "dont go in yet there yet the b*****d's have trashed the room"...... when i did go into my lad's room both were aged 16 and 11 at the time i felt so ashamed because the bugulars hadnt touched it really it was trashed to start with lol needless to say they were made to tidy their room incase of future burgulars paying us a visit (touch wood never happened again) joking aside it is a very nasty experience and I wouldn't like anyone to go through it Jules |

Lolli why not try Amber leaf next time i find it less damp than Golden virginia plus it has a milder taste, i use a rolling machine the one where you put your tip in then tobacco then the paper then close the lid and up pops a rolled ciggie (does use a fair bit of baccy this way) but i never got the hang of hand rolling so this machine works for me. Looe and polperro are my fav places in Cornwall although it takes us about 9 hours to drive down we havent made the journey for a few years now infact last time we were in Cornwall was when the floods happened in 2004, we were staying in Bude and had just visited Boscastle the day before, was really scarey watching all the rescue helicopters flying over our caravan site, i am trying to talk my Hubby into coming down this summer:) Jules |

Lolli, My tale is like yours,... i bought my first e-cig in Feb 09 and immediatly i went down from 35 real cigs a day to just 5 a day, i was happy with that and i also felt the benefits ie i could breath better i was just glad i was smoking less, i started out with a 901 and found it worked for me when i had sorted out my fav suppliers, i used 36mg from the word go Menthol flavour as that is what i smoke, then last August my mum died unexpectedly and i found myself smoking more real fags in the days and weeks that followed and i am now smoking about 25 cigs a day and just using my titan's and tornados for where i cant smoke, which seems silly as i am now keeping two habits going i just wish i could get back down to the 5 a day i would be happy as larry but it just isnt happening yet, i know i will have to get in the right frame of mind and start vaping more. I have copyied n pasted this from TW Forum The Regulatory Policy Committee has deemed the MHRA's impact assessment to have been substantially inadequate, disproportionate and flawed, so it's hard to see how it can possibly proceed. If they want to continue harrassing our industry, they'll have to start again from square 1, and do proper risk and impact assessments first (would take months, possibly years ) Quote The RPC is of the opinion that the IA and consultation letter do not provide sufficient evidence to suggest that there is a significant risk to public health from currently unlicensed NCPs which would justify the future regulation of these products. MHRA should have made clearer what evidence is available to suggest there are safety and public health concerns about these products and considered a wider range of policy options before consulting on the introduction of a mandatory licensing requirement for all NCPs. In addition, the data and assumptions used in the IA for estimating the costs and benefits of the new regulations do not appear to be robust.
