I received an ego twister battery that did not work. I contacted them, they asked if I wanted a replacement or refund. Told them replacement. they asked me to tell them the cheapest shipping. I did that then they told me to send it back. They refunded me the postage before they even received the battery. It was then just a case of me sitting back and waiting for them to receive the old one and them to send me out the new one. New one has now arrived and was working so all good in the end. Was my first time returning anything and wasn't too worried as it was only an ego battery, so only used normal post. Sent battery back 7th November, received new one 3rd January.

I had it done about 7 years ago. Best decision I've ever made(apart from starting vaping lol) You won't regret it. I came out in sunglasses but even 10 minutes after the op I could see individual leaves in trees. Before they were just a blob even with my glasses on!.I had to wear some goggles at night to stop me rubbing my eyes, but was totally amazed the next morning when I could see perfectly without glasses. The worse thing were the eye drops as they tasted disgusting. No I didn't drink them! And they made me look like I was crying milk! They may be different now?

Thankyou seniorphil and raid2506. Will try and take it apart. Had a look in the workshop but looks like I haven't got the right tool. Another shopping trip whoopee! Lol It has been unscrewing all the way around so possibility as you said of wires coming undone. Wasn't sure if I could take it apart to check without buggering it up, but as it's not working then I have nothing to lose. If I have no luck then I will take you up on your offer raid, thankyou.

Am currently using an MVP with a protank mini on top. Great setup btw. Anyway problem is now when I screw on or off my protank, the whole mechanism on top of the MVP ( where the atty screws on)unscrews/ screws up too. Am worried that it's going to break completely. I know it's probably from screwing the protank on too tight, but if it's not on tight enough then I can't get a draw. I have pulled the pin down on the protank for a better connection but it's really wobbly. Is it fixable? Someone somewhere must know. Debbie
