BrenD when I first started vaping I tried 18mg, then 24mg then 30mg which finally worked for me. Now vaping 16mg 1st thing in the mornings, 14mg during the day and 10mg in the evenings, except when out and about where I have 15mg.

Don't be in too much of a hurry to reduce your levels, listen to your body. For me I could tell when to cut down as I noticed I wasn't vaping anywhere near as much and so i tried cutting down and vaping more which worked a treat. I have no time scale in mind when to cut down again i will just go with what my body wants. i can go quite happily 2-3 hours without vaping where as with smoking I would have had to have had several cigs in that time.

The Riva is great. I started with it and still use it out and about.

There are plenty of other clearos that will work just as well, they can also be found on the above site.

It would be fantastic. Its close to St Georges day and the weather is normally fine, a bit chilly if its windy.

dagl my finger slipped when placing the order for the Vamo 3 top part it added the vamo V2 as well. Such a shame
