Welcome to AAEC smithyjulesAs others have recommended decent start up kits I wont add to them it will just confuse you more. As for the nic level, one good thing about vaping is you can adjust the level to suit you. Buy a couple of samples at 18mg and a couple at 12mg. Alot of people vape different levels throughout the day depending on their situation, most people also vape a few different flavours a day as well to help stop the taste buds getting too used to a flavour. What ever kit you decide to get good luck and remember to count the cigs you don't have not the ones you do have. Took me 3 weeks to stop smoking completely and now been smoke free for almost a year (except for one slip up in May). |

I think the man is selling his story around a few newspapers and I bet he doesn't donate it to any animal charities. He has certainly done a very good publicity job spreading the news of his puppy far and wide. Shame he didn't put as much effort into the storage of his eliquid. VE Jason any ideas where the liquid may have come from as I am sure someone would be happy to report it to TS. Shouldn't all eliquid bottles have child proof tops. I know child proof tops would not have prevented the puppy piercing the bottle. Poor puppy. |

The more people who know about the danger of eliquid around children and animals the better, but to blame ecigs alone is wrong.
As with anything containing chemicals we all have to be careful and store correctly to prevent accidents.

I heard about the first one on the news lynwlt. Must have been terrifying for everyone involved. I hope you are ok jess. Yesterday was a beautiful day. Had a 24 hour game-a-thon with the Scouts, lovely to be able to get them outdoors for a while, even if I did end up getting only 1/2 hour of sleep having woke up at 5am on Saturday. Weather back to normal wind and rain today, but not stormy thank goodness. |

That was an interesting drive to Rennes. Very luckily just missed a tree coming down on the dual carriageway, enough room to swerve around, but didn't half make the heart jump. The car 150m ahead of me was unbelievably lucky & I daresay their heart got caught in a branch! Do be careful out there. Omg must have been so scary for you! Still very windy here and cold. |
