I ordered one last time they had the special on and just carry it around in my handbag as a security blanket. Only used it a couple of times so can't say how long it will last, but the menthol one tastes ok. Got nothing on the MVP2 though.

Hi tonypWelcome to AAEC. The Riva kit is good as a starter kit and was the kit that got me off the stinkies. Still took another 3 weeks to find the right juice at the right mg level for me. The main piece of advice I can give you is don't put any pressure on yourself to quite smoking, count the ones you don't have. It will all come together and you will wonder why you didn't try vaping months ago. Good luck and keep us posted on your progress no matter how small. I have too much nic base to just stop siffy. Now I know how long it lasts I should have stuck to buying just the one litre and not two. Well I can see what you mean..lol I think that's what put the brakes on me buying the eRoll you know, because deep down I knew I was heading to zero and putting the PV away. Mind you I still spent the money..lol Clarins had a buy 2 items get 3 (from a choice of 10 products) free offer, with my name written all over it....wink.... At least you have mor to spend on the things you want now and can treat yourself  I don't think I will give up vaping though as I do enjoy it most of the time. However my pv isn't glued to my hand like it was in the early days. |

Well done siffy. When I gave up smoking last time it was the hand to mouth action I missed more than anything, nicotine withdrawal is all in the mind, abit like changing to decaf. There are no known side effects with giving up nicotine, there are with giving up stinkies because of all the other rubbish in them. I have gone from 36mg 11 months ago down to 16mg during the day and 10mg in the evening and find that too strong sometimes. However as I have so much nic base I wont be quitting the nic just yet, but will be cutting it down over a period of time. |

Where there a will there's a way. If you wanted to seriously consider it come over and talk I know a very viable way for you chykensa. You wouldn't even have to give up your job, go part-time yes. I also think the lack of employment related references didn't help my cause for getting the job. Been self-employed for almost 10 years. |
