Thankyou everyone for such a warm welcome , I found this forum only about 2 weeks ago and after the initial "blur" of information available when reading through a number of the initial threads ........... only a suggestion and I know some folks have spent many hours on doing some excellent informative threads BUT what about a super simple vaping for "dummies" with everything condensed into a very few bullet points . This could be the starting point to the more informative existing threads . A relative newbie would be ideal to do this - i am not being in any way critical when i suggest this vaping for dummies , simply feel that the excellent forum and potential vaper may benefit from this

Hi Biscuitcase ....... I am also in not so sunny Spain and up to 3-4 days ago was a menthol fag user . I was going to wait until I got home to the UK. before i bought a kit BUT Vapescape delivered abroad so i took the plunge .
The results have amazed me and t'other half it definitely works We bought a Vape Escape Ultimate 1000 and a Crystal mini and about 100ml of a variety of liquids , don't worry about ohms etc. the kits come with "what you are given" and I know its relatively early days but its amazingly effective I have lost the initial urge to want to smoke a fag and really enjoy a vape

Hi Debbie welcome to a fellow newbie , Vapescape as said in the previous post definitely deliver to the EU . I bought the Vision 1100 Ultimate for myself , a mini for my other half, and 3x30ml and 2x10ml. bottles of ejuice . Delivery cost to Spain (same anywhere in EU i believe)was approx. £4. Remember your10% discount code if you go ahead . Go for it I am only 7 days into vaping and 3 days quit fags but already feel so much better , i wouldn't agree with one of the posters about costs and savings even vaping huge amounts of the most exotic liquids and maybe buying spares and other types of vaping systems I cannot see it being as expensive as fags.

Welcome Alan. I had vision of you being a sort of secret smoker Olympic cyclist. Then I realised by ebike, you mean electic bike? (Is that right?) Enjoy..ask away..  Electric bike it certainly is,the only common link with me (virtual baldy) and Wiggo is he has 2 unpowered wheels and I have 2 strands of frizzy hair |

Hi to anyone who reads this , I am approaching 60 and have smoked 40 or so cigarettes a day for all of that time . Despite a few half hearted attempts involving nicotine patches,chinese alternative therapy , hypnotherapy etc.the only time i ever quit(for all of 3 weeks) which involved Champex ... i won't bore you with that story and it ultimately failed.
A few years have gone by since any attempt and i was intrigued by an entry on an ebike forum i belong to . I had not heard about vaping - ecigs etc. i rarely watch the tv. so had not seen any adverts Then this ebike thread came up .
The ebike forum thread has had about 5500 views and many contributions maybe about 100 replies (I am sure a number may be on here) and has been a very popular thread obviously many closet smokers/non smokers found it informative
Myself ..... now been tobacco free for 3 days and just starting to get a sense of taste/smell back , amazingly with 2 Vision 1100's on the go menthol in one and flue dried int'other I have had no desire to resort to tarbacco and hope that remains . Just looking forward now to vaping some great products &healthier,wealthier,wiser
