I`m told on FT that you screw your battery/mod onto the adapter and then screw that assembly on to the resistance checker to measure voltage drop of the mod. Do they mean it's still measuring resistance? or it's just reading the voltage at the mods terminals, then you can use that to calculate your drop under load?

Hmm, so the only switch mentioned is on/off Therefore it must be able to work out what test to perform, that's clever, assuming It isn't a confusion in the description. Put one in the basket for next order, could be a handy tool to have.

It reads as remarkably open minded for someone who demonstrates A minimal understanding of the subject. He has obviously done SOME reading and needs to do a lot more, I hope some of the replies help Him gain a fuller understanding of the issues.

a nice provari is a steal at that price, I doubt you would find a similar offer again. If it was me I'd go with a Nemesis, but not bother with the kick. Actually that's what I did do, after trying a Provari for a bit first.

Sorry but I wouldn't vote for Mr Forago if he were the only name on the ballot.
But what you say after, I would cast a vote for.

I think it's likely Jeremy hunt will get his way and here's why. I'm ne to this vaping lark avingCouncil only been participating a week or so but I'm astounded at how effective it is, not one cigarette or the desire forgone since I started. I was also amazed since joining this forum how vast and readily available all this vaping kit is, not to mention the minimal cost in comparison to smoking. As more and more people take up vaping and ditch cigs the vast tax the govt collect on cogs will continually decline. Despite there directive to ban cig advertising, stop displaying them in shops and say they want you to stop they are lying through their teeth. They know theyned the taxation and the last thing thet want is a cheap unregulated and effective alternative over which they have no control and little income from. Then we have the big cig companies making enormous profit through volume, these companies will be in cahoots with the politicians all of whom are lining their own pockets whilst raking in tax at the same time. I don't agree with the direction it will end up going butim afraid it's only a matter of time. Greg. Welcome to the vaping world. I would have agreed with you last year, or even earlier on this year, however people power is already working.
Take a look at some of the back editions of vapourtrails.tv
At the first vote in the EU we were defeated by a small majority, the second time round we won by roughly a 2/3 majority, the first time the voice of the general public has ever managed to reverse the position and done in a spectacular way. Believe it or not politicians do sit up and take notice when public opinion is voiced loudly enough.
We won a great victory that day, but unless we keep the pressure up it will come to naught. If we all do a little, write to your MP/MEP - visit them, contact your local paper - tell anyone you can what it means to you, even if that's your next door neighbour or someone in a bus queue, just tell someone. Encourage smokers to give it a go, give them some of your experience to help them find that first step. Use your PV when out and about, no don't rub it in peoples faces, but don't hide it away like a guilty secret.
Most of all be positive about vaping - what's not to like!

As someone who has a Vape shop, although still a long way from needing staff, I can see that there is going to be a need for many shops to find experienced vapers to help customers. I have already seen a couple of similar posts in recent weeks. At some point would it be possible to have a "situations vacant" thread?

Yes you can polish it off. it is just surface oxidisation. You may find it easier to start with some very fine, 1000 wet and dry and some water. and do a final polish with autosol. The dimples are going to be the tricky bit.

A thin bit of put fe just on a couple of turns of the thread will probably hold It in place and still give you connection, but the voltage drop might be high. If you need more tape to hold it then the threads are too mismatched to use them Together without some serious work, such as a helicoil insert.

One question, did you continue to vape during the exchange? Unlike smoking where to hold a lit ciggy means you are not complying With the request, holding a PV is not the same thing as vaping. The security guard and Police, having no understanding of this Has resulted in them behaving inapropriatly in this instance.

Sorry to hear of your troubles.
Get in touch with Dave Dorn on vapourtrails.tv this is the kind of thing he wants to know about to broadcast to the community. I doubt it will go anywhere but I think it is a situation we all have a stake in.
I hope it all resolves itself amicably and quickly.

So much heat is being generated by such a simple request...... Chrissie has asked members to not post any pictures that could be construed as adult, When the penalties for us all are so severe, why is it so hard to agree to put some thought in before adding a picture?
Just exercise some simple self restraint, use your inside voice - as Marge likes to remind Homer......

Can I suggest that having some sympathy for those who visit The forum on work computers. Some employers do scan staff browsing histories, non work friendly Pictures could drop others into deep water.
