I'm not in a rush, as their birthdays arent until july (beginning and end). No idea what I am doing for my son yet, so no theme or anything in mind. My daughter is having a crafting party - girly jewelry making, beading and painting etc. I'll be needing 10 invitations for her, but its not until end of july. Once I have a clue as to what I am sorting for his highness, I will let you know and we can sort something out for the lot

I started using them a few weeks ago for my day off nibbles treat , my friend put me onto them as she has them delivered to her work. I'm trying to lose weight and eat healthier snacks, but going to the shops and buying loads of healthy nibbles means i sit and scoff the big bag full which kinda defeats the object... hence why i started using them. There is an element of paying for the lazy factor, but its working for me For anyone who doesnt know Graze is a sort of nibbles delivery service. You get 4 suprise pots of yummy snacks delivered on a day you specify. You can rate & discard any of the fillings on the website so you know you wont get something you hate, and they will choose 4 from your selection for each delivery. I'm just munching my way through their billionnairs shortbread mix - YUM! I do have a free box code for anyone who wants to try, but i didnt want to post it here without permission. If anyone wants the code then let me know.

just checked the cams again before heading out on the school run.
Shocked to see Mrs peregrine pick up one of her chicks (yes still 2 of them) to move him into a better position before plonking herself over the top for more brooding. She wasnt exactly gentle!

So i logged on this morning and thought YAY dads just returned with some sort of rodent, its feeding time. I got no more than a glimpse of white fluff though as dad plonked himself right infront of the camera while mum went for a stretch of her wings. Dad was doing mightily well with feeding as far as i could tell with only a view of his backside... until OOPS! Dad tugging on some particularly tough bit of mouse he tugged to hard and then executed a rather ungraceful face plant right into the nest!!! What that meant though, was that we got a better view of one of the chicks. After this dad quickly finished the mouse himself, and then settled down for a bum wiggling snuggle with his offspring, all the time obscuring the view. Not sure whether its still the two chicks or more now, but the little one above has definatly got the cute factor.

no sound for the peregrines - never have had. The Osprey sound system has been chewed through by a pesky rodent (according to a comment on rspb forum). They will try to fix it, but only when its safe for the eggs/nestlings to do so.

look what I saw this morning TWO BABIES, both having their breakfast from a doting dad while mum sat just out of camera shot. Sorry for quality of picture, it was still dark.

My username and avatar are bluecow from the storymakers.... the coolest and weirdest cow on tv. I swear the producers were smoking something illegal when they dreamt that one up!
