I dont have any funds for base at the moment But at the end of the month I will be donating enough funds for a years supply of nic base and different flavourings. Someone said they can implement anything within 21 days. Let's hope I can get hold of some at the months end It will take a lot longer than that. Ok thanks MP. Are we still looking at it being 2-3 years, no matter what body imposes regulations? I just heard someone say MRHA can effectively do what ever it likes almost instantly. Thanks for clearing it up

And also hope it's only nicotine they will be doing anything to and not the devices used, although it would be hard to ban batteries, wires and wicks.

I don't know, but I have a feeling the MRHA will suggest something along the lines of the 1250 ENVI ammendments. Lets hope the regulations are much softer than what ENVI are suggesting.
But we will find out tomorrow.

My brother has been banging on about this, I am a PS3 guy myself But the £429 price tag is a shed load, and about £100 more than the PS3, ok its a new console. Also its not a gaming console, its a complete media centre, which in my eyes, defies the point of it being a gaming console. But that's my personal opinion lol. I believe he is correct in that, he won't be able to play games with his mates, if they all get Xbox1's, and the old games not being able to be played on the new consoles is common when a new console is released (the same when the PS3 was released). The games, normally, with new consoles have been around the same price (£50), and you can get some pretty good bundles from certain places (mainly online). My suggestion is say no, and then re-asses when it is actually released and you have the full picture

Mine would be VW for a start. It would have a thread at either side, with 2 firing buttons, so I could switch between 2 juices/attys quickly, and wouldn't have to carry a second around with me. This would have to be a 18350 mod, otherwise it would be too long. And maybe a slide over cover to cover the second atty that's not in use. I'm not sure if that would work in the real world, but that would be cool (for me) and of course a passthrough to charge it, maybe even a built in battery. I guess it could be a little wider to allow a bigger mah battery Edit: I thought we were discussing MODS, and not concentrated juices with a revolving clearo

By law you are fully entitled to keep any products that have been sent by mistake, just so you are aware Super-Shiny. But it was a very good thing to do. By the way, that statement above was taken from the Distance Selling Regulations

They are 2900mah batteries though Bluefish, and I get 2 days easily on my eVic at 9 watts on a 3400mah battery. So 2 weeks would be about right (for me anyway) I don't know if robby vapes more than I do.

The majority of respected retailers notify Trading Standards directly when, for whatever reason, a product has to be recalled www.tradingstandards.gov.uk/advice/advice-recall-list.cfmIt is important that ECCA keeps the consumers safety as a priority, we felt that TS at least needed to be made aware of a dangerous device with the potential to cause serious harm to consumers. We also felt it was important that the recall notice was seen by as many users of the product as possible. A formal "notification" was not filed, just an email enquiring as to whether or not they had been made aware of the faulty product. We are awaiting their reply. ECCA would like to add, that distributors and importers, including retailers, have an obligation to file an official report to their local Trading Standards department, unless Trading Standards already have all the information they need or when the product is not dangerous.
