If the product has been dispatched then its RM thats the hold up. Normally arrives next day most of the time. I cant say ive heard anything bad from health e vapes. Has the postman been today? Just a question. How will you buy fags, but cant buy 10mls of liquid for £5 lol.
If you were close to me I could knock up some juice for ya, although it wouldnt be great I'm still working on the best formula lol.

Oh no not good. Is there a shop anywhere near you? Good job on making the switch, and joining the (arguably) best e-cig forum!
If you do have to buy smokes don't feel too bad, and put it down to a learning curve.
If you tell us where you live, someone may know somewhere where you can pick up juice, there are shops inside shops popping up everywhere at the moment.

Yeh so for what ever reason there is no connection.
One last thing you can try, do you have replacement heads? If so place one in the centre, just the coil and see what happens if it starts hissing etc, then its the centre pin. If not its something more serious.

Sounds like an issue with the connection for sure. If you have raised the centre pin then there's nothing more I can think of.
One last thing, does the charger flash when you turn it on? Or does it stay green, and does the light on the battery come on when you charge it at all?

I have shorted a dripping atty, and it did the same thing for me, hit the fire button and flashes 3 times, tried on both of my ego batteries. So yeh sounds to me like she has shorted the coil. Can she re coil it? |

Yes but we are one of the few countries with a national health service. And the NHS is arguably the best in the world. Just thought I would add that.
