Argh today is the first day i am struggling to keep the temptation of the analogs away, All my ejuices are fruity/sweet flavour but i think i am craving a tobacco or something like that! Any suggestions guys for a decent tobacco to scratch my itch? This came in the post today for me, thank goodness! Sorry to hijack the thread but I have a battery question as well. Do you have to do anything special with spent ones or can they just go in the battery recycling thingy at the supermarket?

Thanks for all the suggestions, I ended up getting Coffee Paradise from LT which was a recommendation, as I was on their site anyway, getting some Kent to try after reading about it elsewhere on here.
Haven't tried it yet as I'm leaving it to steep for 2 weeks like they said.
Also got some of their Black Magic which sounds intruiging! And they sent me a little free sample of what looks like pina colada!

The technique to vaping is very different to smoking. With a cig you take a quick deep drag, and pull it as far into the lungs as possible then blow out the smoke. With vaping you need to take a long (3-4 second) slow draw. Keep the vapour in your mouth and throat for a couple of seconds (this is where the nic is absorbed) then either inhale it or simply exhale, prefereably through the nose which helps with the flavour Woo! I've been taking it back into my lungs all this time like a cig and wondering why I still felt the need for the odd analog. I've quite clearly been doing it wrong. People I've spoken to who have been on
Champix have said they got really vivid dreams on that, so it does sound like a withdrawal thing.
I haven't had any vivid dreams myself but I wouldn't mind too much
(Especially if Keanu Reeves featured) ;-)

I've got the Riva kit and I ordered a couple of the first one last week for spares after seeing a link to them on AAEC (think it was roscoe that posted it).
A clearo, battery and spare charger for a couple of quid more than you'd pay for just a clearo from most vendors - amazing value!
And I had resolved only to buy a bit of juice this month :-D
