Hey guys, I have a dilema. I normally get about 10-20ml of my favourite juice in 50/50 PG/VG. For some reason when I placed an order for 50ml of my juice I decided to switch up the mix to 60/40. This has had a dramatic effect on my juice, so much so that I have a sore throat and cannot vape it as the menthol seems to have gotten stronger in this larger size. Is there anything I can do in terms of diluting it back down? If I cannot tone it down whilst keeping the flavour I may have to give it up You could try getting some unflavoured VG/PG juice at your same nicotine strength and diluting it that way or a tobacco flavour to add to the mix you already have.

Well Done both of you Not long before you can afford that extra treat with the money you will soon save once the initial outlay is covered which is normally one months supply of analogues.

I know this is slightly off topic from the original but something I noticed is that I have went off alcohol since I switched and only had a couple of drinks over about 6 months whereas I used to drink a glass of wine most nights (very naughty I know). I think a lot is to do with the fact that the Red Wine I used to adore, and think was so smooth, tastes like vinegar now my taste buds have returned. Just wondering if anyone else has had similar change in drinking patterns.

Thanks Kev It's really embarrassing tbh, I feel a bit of a fool. The only mitigating circumstances for me, are that I've always ran the cartos like that on the riva, but maybe I did change the amount of time I let the cartos rest after filling, I suppose I got complacent. And maybe the higher voltage I sometimes used made a difference to the juice usage and they could be easier to kill a dry carto. I'm thinking about going to a carto wet tank, if I can find one that takes std boge cartos, that someone has in stock. I fancied the arry tank, but it's out of stock and I'm not sure when V4 is coming. Or another carto tank that someone would advise on a LT? Tbh, I don't like the look of tanks, I don't like seeing all the liquid splashing about (I think I'm the only one who thinks this by the looks of it ), obviously I'd like to see where the liquids level is, but I think some due application of duct tape should sort that But it looks like they may be better for me, I don't have to worry about anything then on the LT and I can stick to cartos and the riva (etc) outside the house. Sorry Kev :-[ No need to apologise Womble, it is good to have a spare to break up for parts tbh and my supplier is replacing so win win. Just glad you managed to solve the problem and it also raises awareness of good carto use for those that are unsure so no worries mate. Just pleased you are managing to enjoy the Lava in its glory

There are a few pics about of peoples e-cig wares and I think it was Perpetua who had a spare bedroom full of goodies and a basement full of Butterscotch

Thanks. Will keep an eye in and give it another charge, although its only just been charged and is a new battery. Hi Superdon, just wondering if maybe you have a faulty usb or plug. How is your other battery charging/performing in comparison? I have noticed with some new batteries the top connector pin is slightly too deep into the threaded unit and can sometimes be rectified with a simple firm tap upside down on the palm of your hand or work loose with a paper clip/cocktail stick (but only about 1mm as the pin has a wire connected underneath). Once worked loose on the 1st use they seem to work as normal so maybe worth a try.

If anyone needs some really good Lavatube batteries i can highly recommend these from Kev and at £7.65 using his JAN15 code they are cracking value I get an easy two day vape outta mine New in StockPanasonic 18650 3100mah batteries, ideal for the Lavatubes. Free shipping as standard www.FreedomVape.com Gordy, I have just got round to putting a newly charged Panasonic in mine and wondering as I get a few questions about batteries. When you get 2 day out of them do you use a higher resistance atty/cartomizer as I use a LR smokeymizer and get nowhere near 2 days before needing a recharge, although as I say have only put my Pannie in at 5pm and still showing 4.0V. Cheers in advance

Your very welcome Josie and glad you enjoying it, they really are superb value for what they do. I cant believe I waited so long to go HV also. I just received a small supply of the minis also for those a bit self concious about the strange looks.

Womble, I noticed that you are having a similar issue with the new LT but I think you have already found the solution.
As I said in the e-mail, I tested the returned one and it was ok using a range of differently branded cartos, but I did manage to kill a Smokeymizer by letting it run dry and firing it a couple of times so definitely something to avoid as the Smokeys are really quite superb on the LT and last months I have found.
If you do have any further probs just PM me but hopefully keeping the cartos wet will do the trick.
