Gordy, the bottom cap seems totally different, the whole cap seems about an inch long chrome sleeve that covers the bottom and even the top has a conical shape like a rocket.

I think it may be a bit smaller also unless it is a mini version they have shown me or maybe jiggled about with the electronics it is hard to tell. Personally I cannot wait to get a hold of these although I would expect the pricing to change as it does look very shiny/expensive but it is still in R&D so no idea yet, hopefully will hear something after the Chinese New Year.

Ssssh, the chromes are a top top secret still in R&D, I have been shown a picture of a prototype but told it is top secret and not to show anyone but damn they look good, proper shiny not just spray painted like the silver ones.

Hello Ellie and some good advice from Ali, and I agree the Riva is a very good starter kit which most of us start on or very soon upgrade to as the batteries last most of the day before needing a recharge so having a spare in the starter kits is a bonus.

As other members have said the riva type units are so much better as they last most of the day between charges and are very versatile with the 510 connectors. I too like so many started on the mini cigs but tbh you soon get used to the feel of the larger units.

At the minute I am vaping on a totem pole like unit but don't mind really for indoors and use the Riva for outdoors/work.

Thought you might like it Chrissie, Josh certainly looks like he is hanging on to the duvet for dear life.

Loved the ideas for dog hair, didnt realise it was so flammable, must keep Buster away from the fire otherwise piff paff poof.

Wasn't sure about the toilet paper substitute though

EDIT: Frankie looks absolutely adorable in those festive pics, normally I would expect the tree to be a climbing frame.

Maybe I'm missing a trick and it is the sound of the hoover that scares Buster. I knew these would come in handy
