threnody,We are sorry about that,and we really had enough of the Sweden Post ,too. Only 3 or 4 record of it: 1."Order Shipment recorded" 2."departed from a sorting hub." 3."Local mail tracking" 4."Deliverd" It will have nothing between 3 and 4,what's more,it can't be tracked in the local mail system after 3. But please do believe that it will arrive.many customer emailed us about the shipment of Sweden Post,but they all received their parcels finally. And we changed to German Post about one month ago,after we found the problems of the Sweden Post ,and feedback of it is good. Please believe us that we are trying to improve all the time. Hope you can receive it soon.

niki,this is track record of your parcel: 2014-01-03 19:55, Local mail tracking 2013-12-12 18:00, Order Shipment recorded It arrived your country ,and we found that the Sweden Post does not update after it arrives the deternination country,so you may have to wait a few days without update. stitch,this is update for your parcel: 2013-12-02 17:25, RECEIVED IN UK, HEATHROW WORLDWIDE DC, I am very sorry ,but every parcel has the risk of being opened by the custom,held by the post office,it is out of our control.  If there is any track record shows that the parcel was returded to us or we receive the returned parcel,we will refund to you immediately. You can try to contact the local post office.

Hello? Brambles?first,we have refunded to you ,please check your Paypal account. Thanks very much for your feedback and advice, it is important for us to improve our product,we had a discussion about this problem with the R&D stuff of our supplier, and tested the vamos we have, yes,it did happend in few of them have same problems like yours, they said there might be the quality problem with the PCB , as the PCB were weld by manual, inaccuracy and error may burned the IC, lead to problems like this. If you still keep the vamo on hand , you can put in the batteries reversely again, Short circuit will not happen, and this will not affect the function of it if you put in the batteries correctly .The PCB can still protect the batteries, the batteries is safe and will never explode by this problem. We tested the vamos we have, they can work normally. It was our fault for the whole issue, we will check the items more carefully, Pay more attention on details. New vamo was sent to you days before,this is the tracking number:RE660753137SE Thank you again for your support. |

Hello?Jane?the deck of Taifun of us is Stainless Steel throughout And as to the delivery time,2 weeks as usual ,as it left Singapore ,you are lucky that your parcel hasn't been opened by the custom.I can't promise you the exact deliver date,but I think it is ok to get it before the end of the year if no trouble with passing the custom of your country. Could you tell me your order number ,I will track it for you and inform you the details. |
