And I traked your parcel,records are as follows,Chinese though: 2013-12-02 00:00,  , ??, ?? 2013-11-14 00:00, ??, PEK, ?? 2013-11-13 00:00, ?, ????, ?? 2013-11-06 00:00, ?, ????, ?? 2013-11-04 00:00, ?????, ???, ?? it shows that your parcel was opended by the custom on 6th November, stayed there for one week,was sent out on 14th Nov.,and arrived at the Office Of Exchange of the UK on 2nd.December. I know it has been almost 2 month since you placed the order,and as you know ,shipping of e cig was really terrible on October,Could you please wait a few more days?We will keep tracking it and inform you as soon as there is update. Apologize again for the delay and inconvinience caused.And hope you can receive it soon. |

I am really sorry about the font,andy,I told our web administator ,but it takes time change .  And about the price ,the 134 mod of our store is 1:1 clone of the innokin,with high quality , too ,I don't think $72 is a high price for such a good device ,clone it is,but it is a "high clone".  |

No liquids , no batteries , no e-mail offering a refund  ... because of the lack of communication I had to put in a Paypal claim & got a refund through them . The 3rd tracking number showed some movement on the 7th of this month after standing idle for 3 weeks so there may be a small glimmer of hope that the package might actually arrive  Ok?pls tell me your oeder number, I will check it for you. anyone one else had a problem with Vaporbreak sending multiple shipping notices/tracking numbers for the same item ? ordered on the 26th Sept , got a shipping notice on the 27th , then another on the 8th Oct , then another on the 16th Oct ...all with different tracking numbers . Last tracking number is the only one that seems to be working showing movement on the 18th but hasn't gone anywhere since the 20th ... my patience is wearing thin now , especially as Vapoebreak haven't replied to my messages . we are so sorry about what you say. The reason why you receive 3 different tracking numbers is that the custom adopted a "short term" strict check of battery and liquid from the late september. So most of the parcels have been returned to us, especially those with liquid and batteires. So we have to repackaged these parcels and try to resend them to you, maybe several times, so you receive 3 different tracking numbers. And after that, we send an email to these customers to ask if you want to make a refund or just keep waiting until the custom back to normal. Do you log in your registered email at our website? Do you receive our email? If do not, pls contact with our customer service, or send an email to karenzhou2013@hotmail.com? we will help you to solve this problem asap. Or if you do not mind, pls tell me you order number now, I will handle it. |

Not being harsh but the Namesis clone you are selling looks so bad, who the hell wants a 'flower' on the bottom of their Namesis clone, if we're getting a clone of a device at least make it look a little like the real thing, either with the train or without but not the tacky way this one looks. I am so sorry about that, it is the LOGO of our factory. |
