In follow up just spent £35 getting a new cordless 18V drill since this very week I went to use my old faithful 18V cordless (which has reached the ripe old age of about ten) and only got about 2 minutes out of a fully charged battery.
Alas they no longer make the right shape of battery pack for it so it has a young cousin now.
All is not lost though as I may attempt to rebuild the battery pack myself since I've got along quite well with this battery device lark. (I will be really really careful in sourcing and wiring new cells together)

I agree with chykensa , I have joked on threads about the service delivery. In my experience they are about the fastest supplier based in the far east I have dealt with and customer service seem to take their responsibilities seriously for the most part. Evidence to this is I have placed six orders in total (might as well split stuff up when postage is so cheap). Two orders last month, first took 11 days and the second only 9 days - this is from me clicking paid to delivery for stuff that was listed as in stock. The orders I made this week, first is listed as shipped and has left their shores, the second is shipped but yet to show on tracking, the third is still at payment received and the fourth is being packaged (paid for singapore post as an experiment). People these days have lost any patience with anything as far as I can see and expect everything to be done straight away on their whim instead of appreciating the complexities of international trade. Especially true when I have a great deal of experience with Amazon and ebay (shops not private sales) where quite a lot of stuff has never showed up or you get zero customer service. |

robby here is my preference to Evod. I just cannot seem to get evod to my liking too airy even with one hole sealed , 2 holes sealed and too tight a draw to me my sexy Nova looks just as good.no better look at top of evod, yukky disgusting condensation A good thing to try for airy draw is to get a very snug elastic band and plop it round where the holes live and move it carefully about to find the best air draw - not hugely pretty mod I admit but you should be able to get a band in a colour to suit the evod. |

Yes decent borosilicate is definitely the best tank material - I've dropped an Aga-T2 ten feet (horror running through my brain) and the tank was fine - the Vamo 510 connector needed straightening up though.
Luckily no people or small animals got in the way or I fear that falling on them would have caused serious injury.

That GG is indestructible mate. I have wrecked that thing so many times and it just gets fixed. Best unit I have ever owned bar none. Its Jez proof!!!! Regards Jez Not true Jez proof though, only partial (which is better than none I admit). . . otherwise it wouldn't need fixed ever. . . |
