I got 1 litre VG base from Nicvape during the summer, it was clear and still worked out cheaper even after paying customs

I am not sure what brand UK flavours custard is really, but Capella or even PA custard are the only ones i would use. This may be the cause
50/50 is fine, its what i vape it at.
Vinegar iirc only works with tobacco based flavours.
Did you use Vanillin? that makes a difference.

its as you said,, probably producing more vapour and im inhaling more than im used to. Usually i vape 12mg juice on a 1.2ohm coil in a Kayfun. In a dripper, which is 0.6ohm, i can only vape 6mg, as 12mg in a dripper will blow my head off lol |

is it possible to use other buttons for the voltage/menu/ it dosnt look as if theirs enough room to get a soldering iron in to make new connections to the old buttons . Yep i done similar in an old tobacco tin a few months ago When doing the main fire button and voltage adjust buttons, just solder to one side of the button as below oh and a little blue tack holds the board fine for me lol ![]()    and i used the vamo top cap as well, just epoxied to the tin  also a video here about it |

Looking good. Really like how they have the boxes and sled. Wonder how easy to modify to put a fatdaddy shorty 510 in. What wireing diagram did you use? Cracking job. Gonna make a standard box mech next with moffset in then I'll have a bash at a DNA. here is a good pic of the case modification needed to get a FDV 510 in a Hana case. If you look at the green box in the first big picture, you will see where the modder milled out some of the top of the chip compartment to get a FDV to fit. Also loads of other tips in that thread about fire buttons etc.... link |

Cinnamon red hot is Very strong, i would try 5% first, also if nothing else, its cheaper to make your own fire and ice than buying a concentrate |
