Thanks Super-Shiny I'll try and hold off until I get some brown sugar. Doesn't sound as sweet without it

I've been want to try this recipe for a while (it contains custard ) but I don't have the TPA brown sugar. Is there something else I could substitute it with?

In that case, I suppose Grant should be commended on stating what I quoted If he use 100% VG 75mg nic @, he could achieve 79% VG if he wanted to which would be better for those who like high VG. (The figures I'm mentioning are all also assuming 18mg strength juice).

"Please note: all mixtures are made using Pg based nicotine and flavourings therefore 100% Vg mix will contain a certain percentage of Pg."
I'm a bit confused about how close to 100% can be achieved with PG nic and PG flavours.
Let's say Grant uses 75mg/ml which is the highest % nic not requiring a poisons license and assume flavour is 20%, by my calculations, the higest VG% he can achieve is 56% to make an 18mg strength juice.
Even if he uses PG nicotine at 1000mg/ml, he could only achieve around 78% VG.

Waiting is definitely the hardest part!! Today I've been vaping FW Extreme Ice I mixed up a few days ago and I think it may need a few more days, even though people say menthol flavours don't need long. It's at 10%, not bad but I've got another bottle mixed at 20% and full expect it to clear the sinuses out

Just got some more Capella custard today as you told me I didn't use it enough Yes, it was worrying the lack of Custard on your last mixing session Lemental. LOL! Hopefully, now that I've got a few different custard mixes to compare, once steeped I'll try to determine what in each that I like and can tweak if I think a little addition might be good for my tastebuds. At the moment, most of the custards are smelling a bit perfumy at the moment but it's only been a few days since mixing.

Chocolate & peppermint, chocolate & marshmallow and caramel & chocolate. At first I read that as all one flavour and thought "That's a funky combination!!" They sound lovely I've not mixed with chocolate before. The thought of those flavours has inspired me get some with my next order

Has anyone sent anything faulty back to Fattech? How long did it take to arrive? How long was it before you got your refund? I sent my SVD back (non tracked, cheapest method) got a refund for postage straight away but they say it has not arrived yet I have raised 2 tickets asking if it has arrived at 21 days after sending and 7 days after that and they have replied saying they have not received it yet. I think if it's gone missing, you may have to put a claim in with Royal Mail. If it was the £4.50 delivery, you're covered up to £20. About £4 more gets you another SVD. I sent my SVD back the other day for replacement as one of the buttons was failing. I told them that the cheapest postage that insures against loss of the value (over £20) is £9.90 and I wouldn't be comfortable sending it any other way. It's actually £9.80 but 10p more gives you delivery confirmation. They then said I could have a 10% refund if I kept the SVD to which I replied that I would prefer a fully working SVD. Next morning they issued the RMA details and issued a gift certificate for the £9.90 the day after I posted it. Keep pestering FT and hopefully they will give in. Email them every day with a scan of the RM receipt if you have it. Remind them that they were adamant that you were to send it via the cheapest, non-tracked form of delivery and that if it was lost, they should cover it.

Frogster (The Alchemist) - Thank you for posting this. The information is extremely useful. As you mention in the OP, it's very useful for mixing by weight. It's clear that the flavours that use alcohol alone or as an addition to MPG as a solvent weigh less per ml than those just using MPG. Alcohol has a much lower density than MPG so that makes sense. Do you know if similar MSDS data is available for TPA, Capella and other flavour manufacturers?

He really is doing a superb job! The mixology section is a lot more user friendly and with all the changes, is a fantastic resource, especially with the seemingly increasing number turning to DIY, including myself
