Best time I've had from FT was 12 days, worst time was 30 days. I always make my order over $15 but FT split my last one (which took the longest). I think a lot depends on what day you order, ie who's on the computer, who's in the warehouse, who's taking the pretty pictures and who's driving the ox and cart down to Hong Kong. It's part and parcel of the FT world, buy cheap, deliver slow.

They won't be getting any of my custom. Nor mine, not going to link to the vype site but here's a bit from it. So it's the usual cigalike crap that will cost more than stinkies. (and it looks like they're trying to introduce a new word into the English language - vyping?)

They appear to have loads of patents for all things cigalike including eliquid going back to 2008. Having a patent doesn't make something legal it just means you have to pay them if you copy their product. (look out big cig)
(Looking at their patent for eliquid, it says it contains Viagra!!)

I've go the cheaper vv pass thru from FT and a uk wall adaptor from Amazon (£3.99 including shipping, delivered in 2 days). Still looking for a decent car adaptor. That second adaptor from FT isn't up to spec, "Our tests reveals 1050mA to 1200mA actual sustainable output current." A pass thru works great and with something like this, www.fasttech.com/products/1155/10004294/1326603 Ideal for all day stealth vaping

Looking at that pic, that extra o ring serves no purpose whatsoever other than to block the flow of juice to the coil. Must be for a no vape vaporiser.

Know the feeling, I can recoil for fun but my diy juice is pants. I've never used ekowool but 3x2mm sounds a bit big, I only use 2mm silica ('cos that's what I bought ) Did you put another piece of wick on top of the coil? if so try it without.

Glad you got the short sorted, now welcome to the wonderful world of vaping. Obviously something is blocking the airway and as you've re coiled it I would think maybe the wick is the culprit? can you draw through it without the battery connected? could be the air holes in the base.

How long before you can track orders? When you get the 'shipped' email you know it's on the ox and cart on its way to HK or Singapore. That can take a few days if they feed the ox then tracking might work to say its waiting dispatch to its destination. If it's in HK your order will probably have a wander around the city taking in the sights before tracking eventually says it's on its way. Or as Perp says, give it a couple of weeks.

Ah well, it was just a thought. Another thought, are the coil wire ends sticking out at the bottom? I had one where I didn't cut them short enough and burnt out the battery pcb. Tested fine on the meter but shorted on the battery.

I measured the head on a multimeter last night and it was measuring at 1.9ohms. Unless I've used the meter incorrectly and it's not giving a true reading then the head is definitely 1.9ohms. What does the meter read when you touch the test leads together? if it gives a reading you have to subtract that from your coil reading to get the correct coil ohms.

Well, ordered on 18/6, shipped 26/6, arrived HK 9/7, had a bit of a holiday and left HK 14/7. Tracking shows on route to destination country but it popped thru' my letterbox this morning 17/7, about bl**dy time.
