As I understand it if Scotland regains independence then they are no longer in the EU and can go their own way.
Possibly join with the Nordic countries or reapply to join the EU but why would you want to?

I'm in the same boat, got a couple of twists with stripped threads. they're a b*gger to recharge. can't find ego to 510 anywhere.
+1 for a group buy.
(If you buy 10 they work out at about £2.90 each with shipping but then got to distribute them over here.)

Don't forget the law will only ban the sale of ecigs to under 18s, it will still be perfectly legal for an adult to buy them for a minor.
It will be illegal to buy tobacco for a minor, a point the media seem to have overlooked this weekend.
And of course until the government defines what an ecig is legally it will be business as usual for the traders who don't care who they sell to.
