Wow, I'd forgot about the screwdriver, no. 1 in stealth vaping. Nearly bought one a year ago. Vapeescape is just down the road from me so might pop in and have a chat with Jason. 510 cigalike batteries are cheap on FT . My friend started me vaping and I am so grateful that I will try anything to get her back on track.. Apologies if this doesn't look right, I'm on a tablet now using Tapatalk, not the best mobile option ...

Should add that she's not technically minded at all so even pushing a button is too much, although she can run rings round anybody using a keyboard, spreadsheets hold no mystery to her and her complaint letters for compo are the best.

Thanks, I'm using a kanger t3s on a 1300 ego at the moment, got an evod which is brilliant but not enough capacity for me. and tried a carto which again was great but needed filling to often.. I think maybe what she needs is a good auto battery and I'll do the maintenance. charging won't be a problem if she's got a spare, her first set up only had 1 battery. Also I think it might be better if she had something "girly" She's tried my stuff a few times and liked it but it wasn't quite right. Maybe a pink evod?

I started vaping about 18 months ago after my friend started, not touched a stinky since but she relapsed a few months later. The CE clearomiser and ego battery didn't quite do it for her but now she wants to try again. After a chat with her to find out what the problem was it seems it was the whole refilling/charging/ cleaning etc. all the things that make vaping so much fun. So I'm looking for a kit that needs minimum maintenance and gives a good hit. Don't want to get her a cigalike but something with auto battery and refillable cartridges ( I'll refill them). Anybody got any ideas? I don't know the first thing about this sort of kit so would appreciate any help. [also don't want to spend too much in case it doesn't work, (need my pennies for FT).] Thanks in advance

Any warranty offered by a vendor is in addition to your statutory rights under the Sale of Goods Act ( SOGA) and cannot override it. have a look over on the Consumer Action Group forum in the retail section, loads of examples of retailers thinking their t&c's are more important than SOGA

Thanks everybody, had a pretty good day, found a great restaurant in Bury called Ditto. If you're ever around these parts it's well worth a visit.

Good God! are Mondeo seats made out of that highly toxic expanded polyurethane stuff? good job she wasn't in the car when it happened, she might have been killed by the poisonous fumes. I notice that the battery is intact but there is a lot of melted crap around the end, car adapter giving out too many mah's? To answer captainbongo a 2.5 amp output is for tablets, passthroughs, satnavs etc. NOT for charging poor little ego type batteries. If you use it for charging don't leave it alone, it might throw a wobbler and fall out with you big style.

You've never been to Wythenshawe have you folks? Darwin himself would have given up.

Talking Heads aside, what's interesting about that study is that it was done in 1942

mel my sympathies along with everyone elses. I started vaping 12 months ago and found that 24mg was a good starting point, don't worry about not keeping to a "programme" if you need a cig then have one, just realise that every cig you don't have is a step in the right direction. And also remember that under the new EU directive you won't be able to buy 10.
