All about banning them in schools. Can't see the problem, can't eat sweets or drink pop or read a comic or a multitude of other things in class so why make a thing about ecigs? simple, they're not allowed.
Some kid arguing with a teacher saying that they're legal doesn't wash.
Of course it's a follow on from all the media at weekend copy/pasting a press release about banning the sale of ecigs to under 18s and not bothering about the more important detail that it will be illegal to buy tobacco for under 18s.
Can still buy ecigs for kids though so they must be ok.
Just as a side note, before this programme aired a trailer mentioned that "we need to tell them(children) that these things are not safe"

Looking at the Liberty Flights site it appears that they might use Capella flavouring for their juice and they have the concentrate in stock so could get the 24mg and dilute with vg plus a bit of concentrate
Might be worth emailing them and asking?

Did I miss something? when did parliament pass that law? I thought our wonderful government was against regulation but had agreed to follow the EU decision, if and when they make one. (mt2013 is fighting a losing battle on the comments. never seen so much ignorance in one person) The BBC wrongly quoted the Med Regs in 2016 recently, so everyone now believes it to be true  Thought I'd heard it before, the MHRA think that if they say it enough times it will be law without any input from parliament a bit like that twitterbomb they tried last year |

Juice from Vapour Break (reordered 24.12.13) arrived today via german post.
FT juice (ordered 2.12.13) at last showing as arrived GB 31.12.13 via Singapore post who knocked back my first order from VB.
It's definitely a lottery when you order stuff from China.

Well my juice order from VapourBreak was knocked back by customs so I've reordered and hopefully German post will be more kind to me.
The FT juice is now 3 weeks and counting, hope it arrives tomorrow

I like it.
It's obvious that the people coming up with this don't have a clue and it just won't work. Just adding the words "refillable container" does not make it reasonable.
they're still stuck on that 20mg limit which has no scientific basis although they claim it is the equivalent of tobacco cigarettes,
limiting tanks to 2ml. is ludicrous but does help the cigalikes that only have less than 1ml.
limiting refill bottles to 10ml. makes no sense,
making ecigs child proof is a joke when any kid can light a match and open a cigarette packet,
saying that "nicotine is highly addictive" is unproven and saying that "nicotine is toxic" may be true but only in highly concentrated doses.
The whole thing is a joke except that these idiots are determined to make it law
.
Any trainee barrister could make a mockery of this proposed regulation so what on earth are they thinking???
