I agree. Some vendors are really good. Jim at JooseJoose springs to mind. Only time I had a problem with an order (and I've ordered loads) he sorted it out so fast my head spun.

The only conceivable things that can be causing this are: 1. Faulty charger 2. The centre pin has been pushed too far down into the battery. This is not always caused by overtightening, it can get sticky with juice. Try lifting it with tweezers. 3. Occasionally a build up of juice in the 510 socket or on the battery contacts can congeal, preventing proper electrical contact. 4. Broken wire to the centre pin in the 510 socket (caused by overtightening the charger) - ironic? Not necessarily in that order. I suspect the pin personally. Thanks ripshod I've cleaned it. I've lifted the centre pin, I've swopped chargers, nothing changes. I'm about to throw it across the room.

So what chargers have you got Molly? What do they say on them? When you screw the battery on - I know that the chargers stay green - but, do they initially, briefly change colour to acknowledge that the battery has actually made a contact? Jason, I'm using my 2 Evod chargers. I've tried the battery on both. The colour stays green on both. All my brand new shiny emow battery does is flash 15 times. I can't switch it off either. Yet both my chargers say it's charged up. It was fine yesterday!

I saw in the other thread your having trouble getting hold of the vendor. Find there vendor thread in the 'Vendor boards' section and tag them in a message, that should help get you noticed. To clear this up, that is another vendor. This new battery was purchased from a different vendor, who I rang today and they said send back to them. I will wait to find out what their CS is like.

The money loss is pretty galling but as I said it's the attitude that really makes me mad.
The f**k you attitude.
I mean where's the sorry you've had a problem?
Or, sorry, we'll try and fix that?
And you're pretty much online with this stuff. There isn't a shop to pop into to get replacements so that's more money on postage, recorded deliveries etc.
I've spent nearly forty pounds recently and I've nothing to show for it! Grrrrr

They did reply to one email so must have fished it out of their spam if that's where it was. But nothing subsequently. Zilch. ????

No I don't have a USB lead for it as I bought my emow battery and tank as separate items. Looks like I will have to return yet another battery!
At this rate I'll be forced to buy a packet of 20. Quit vaping and start smoking!

It is a vendor on here, as I said they are well known. My emails don't go into their spam folder - they always receive them if it involves taking my hard earned cash!

I know our ecig stuff isn't top notch in terms of manufacturing but I'm getting fed up with new batteries etc bought which go wrong within a couple of weeks.
I accept that things do malfunction, but what really gets my goat are the vendors' attitude.
Very recently I had two newly purchased batteries just fall apart. Clearly a manufacturing fault but why not a 'Sorry for the inconvenience' from the seller?
Or just a small hint that they will do what they can to help? Or just something to make me feel a valued customer!
One in particular, a well known vendor on here, (don't know if naming and shaming is allowed) just couldn't have cared less that they'd sold me shoddy goods and did absolutely nothing to help solve the problem. To the extent that they didn't respond to emails let alone a sorry about this response!
Anyone else have problems, or is it just me that gets sent all the rubbish? Rant over.

I don't over tighten anything so can't be that.
I've cleaned and there's no change.
Thanks for your help.
Any other suggestions?

My brand new emow battery has stopped working. It flashes 15 times when pressed which tells me it's flat. Both my chargers show a green light which tells me it's fully charged.
So is it the battery or do I need to replace both chargers?
I should add that I don't have the designated Emow charger. My emow battery has worked fine for the couple of weeks I've had it though using my old chargers.
Help please! Thanks in advance.

Ah I see. I use mainly joose's apple pie. Perhaps I should change it. So is it just the menthols or can I try other flavours for longer lasting heads?

thank you both for your replies.
thatguy, I find I have to change my head about twice a week, sometimes more! Perhaps I'm doing something wrong. Some seem to last longer than others? Don't understand why some should be better than others as they are all the same. I get mine from myepack. They do delivery quick!

Hi guys,
I use the Evods but need to replace my hardware. I like the Evod clearomiser but I prefer the Ego battery. At least I think it's an ego, the one with the stand out button which is easier to find!
I like the look of the new Emow but will it fit an Ego battery?
Also are the replacement Emow heads the same as my Evod ones? I'm always buying the heads as they don't seem to last long!
Thanks for any replies.
