Thanks. I can't believe it's now over 3 months since my last real cig! My OH is even more amazing though - he was a roll-up smoker, NEVER without one in his hand and had been smoking for 37 years. He's nearly at 3 months quit too! Could never have done it without these amazing ego e-cigs. He says he's way more addicted to vaping the flavours than he was to tobacco! In fact, the only juices still untouched are the tobacco flavoured samples we've been sent LOL!

Thank you! Everyone is loving trying out new flavours and we are swapping free samples so we can try different ones. I think some are starting to get shiny-itus and will be looking for new equipment to try, but we've all started on the ego blister packs for £7 from paradise vape and they are working a treat. I'm in no hurry to move up to anything else just yet. My hubby is talking about wanting a hybrid MOD, whatever on earth that is, but apparently they're quite expensive so he can wait to see what Santa brings for Christmas I think!! It's funny at work though - the "smoke breaks" now have more vapers than smokers attending

Hello again everyone. I haven't been here in a while, sorry! I just wanted to ask, has anyone tried the new CE5 clearos that don't have wicks in?! I have just made an order from fasttech and these new CE5s are on their way. The reviews on the site are very good. We will see! Have also bought another 10-pack of their evods as the last lot were really good but I want a few spares. I have been busy spreading the vaping word round the office and have now converted not only my hubby, but SIX colleagues! All but one are now full-time vapers and have given up the stinkies completely!! Two of the girls also bought their hubbies the ego sets and they are also now hooked on the vape! They all absolutely love it. So all in all I think I have converted 9 people!

The £7 ego blister packs came from paradisevapeuk but the best post option I've seen on any of the sites I've used so far is first class. I will tell him about the shop in Boston, thanks! We've been to a beer festival there before so I know it's not too far

joehel Where is he? you wont get anything delivered tomorrow as the post offices are shut. He's near Grantham in Lincs. Yes, I know - if he'd told me earlier today it would have made life a bit easier to get one for tomorrow! Hopefully the disposables at the shop will hold him off until Weds. Otherwise he'll be on roll-ups until then... It's not the end of the world. Just really annoyed as it was so avoidable. He has a Jacvapour one and we have one charger for it and about 10 chargers for ego batteries...

Thanks everyone. He's near Grantham in Lincolnshire and I'm down in Kent. I've ordered a couple of £7 ego sets and fingers crossed they will be there on Wednesday. In the meantime, his local Co-op sell disposables so he says he'll try one of those. Really annoyed with myself - we have too many chargers around this house but I should have double-checked the one in the case was the right one LOL.

Hi, can anyone help please. My hubby is working away this week and I've sent him off with the wrong charger for his vaper. I need to get something sent to him for delivery tomorrow - does anyone know of an online shop that can do express 24 hour delivery?? Many thanks!

Thanks for this thread. I use a basic SD keyring & SD maxi keyring during the weekdays as I commute to work and it's convenient to keep in my pocket. I was buying disposable pre-filled cartos but thanks to reading this, I actually checked out the videos on refilling them and have just successfully re-filled a used carto with lovely fresh menthol using the "condom" method. It's worked perfectly! I have about 20 empty cartos and it will work out a lot cheaper to refill them than buy new ones. I love my ego and clearomiser for home/weekends though

Yes, he wants to try menthol. I want to try some fruity flavours. Could I use this juice inside the empty cartomisers I have for my SD Keyring?? Apparently you just flip out the white cap with a fork and you can put drops of fresh juice in.... Haven't tried it yet though!

Thanks Robby. Hubby smokes rollups and does about 12g per day of tobacco - smokes pretty much all day!

Thank you robby! Out of interest, how long does it take to ship from that site, and where do I find the discount code please? Hubby loves the look of your recommendation so I'll get that for him. Do you need the extra batteries and charger straight away, or would the two batteries you get with the kit be enough to get him started? Thanks so much for your advice! Oh, and what are the best juices to get??

only thing for me to add is to perhaps find out if u have a local shop/market stall that u can sample juices and see the kit for yourself before buying :-) Thanks millerkev. I will have to google. We moved to Dartford quite recently and I don't really know the shops very well yet. I will have to see what is around!

Thanks djs - that one is certainly cheaper and in stock. Thanks for the recommendation. Chrissie - they were intrigued!! A couple of close friends had "a go" and couldn't believe how close it was to the feel of a drag on a ciggie. One friend (50 year old male) who is terrified of quitting cigs and losing his best friend came up with the funniest reason ever for not even trying an e-cig ... apparently he likes to have a fag "hanging out of his mouth" and he couldn't do that with a heavy e-cig. I literally just laughed out loud at that one, and at the fact that people seem to feel they have to justify why they don't want to try it. It's not like I was telling anyone they should do it - just saying that it was really working for me and I was very happy with it. Anyway, a couple of people asked for a link to the SD Keyring I use and I emailed it to them but said I was looking for something else to try now too. One of my best friends there was actually the landlady of the pub and she didn't mind me using my e-cig inside the pub. That was definitely making a few of them want to give it a go! Thanks Melshouse, I will look at the Riva one too. I've seen that name a lot when I've looked through various ecig sites. Thanks for the tip about discount codes too. Now my hubby has seen me last a week without struggling at all, and had a go on my SD Keyring, he wants to get something for himself and get off the rollups. He has looked at loads of reviews and he wants this one linkIt's his birthday in a couple of weeks so this will be my present for him - he'll just have to get himself some more juices. So on payday I will now be buying two devices! The discount codes will come in very handy!!

Thank you so much for all the tips and helpful comments. What a lovely bunch you are on here! On payday I'll be getting the ego twist kit I think. Until then, the SD keyrings are doing the trick nicely. Had my first proper night out last night - visiting a group of old mates who ALL smoke - and even with a lot of alcohol involved, I wasn't tempted to have a real cig. Well into day 6 and feeling very happy! Thanks again for the warm welcome and your help.
